    Roy was very professional and provided good advice when I asked for recommendation. My first visit and it’s a lovely experience. No hard-selling and comfortable.

    I have tried hair root colour for grey hair and soft rebonding with treatment in this salon. I should say the director has done a good job and it’s worth the money. Highly recommended.

    Went there a couple of times for hair cuts, dye and treatment and needless to say the end product was phenomenal! Yumi was able to style my frizzy hair beautifully and the keratin treatment I had done here really helped to manage my frizz in comparison to the ones I did at other places.

    Very unprofessional when you take package from them. Only providing morning weekdays slots how will a working person come in mornings. Mani pedi service is also average looks like polishes are old .

    Very good experience with Christyna and Roy. Came to this salon after moving nearby and been coming here for scalp treatments and haircuts. Both are very well-informed and transparent on their products and what they would recommend to you based on what you are looking for. Highly recommend!

    Located on the 3rd floor of the mall so just take the escalators up and it is right beside the escalator.

    I recently visited this salon for a haircut and hair colour and had a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly and professional, and the salon had a welcoming atmosphere. My stylist listened to what I wanted and gave me a haircut that exceeded my expectations. The prices were reasonable, and I appreciated the attention to detail. I will definitely be returning to here for future haircuts! 🙂

    this was my first time dying my hair ! the hair stylist Roy is very skilled & competent in his work, he even took the time to patiently explain to me the differences between the types of dyes. overall a very comfortable & enjoyable experience! i will come back here in the future.

    Great experience with Christyna and Roy. Second time coming here for a trim, Christyna is meticulous with the cut, and cut great and suitable layers for my thick hair. Very affordable too!

    Visited this salon for a basic hair colour but received a half hearted service where colour was not balanced throughout the hair. Top part was coloured but inside was darker and end was barely treated because they claimed that my ends is already light colored. Paid for a full hair colour but received a root touch up service instead!

    Very dishonest salon that overcharge you and not give you the service you paid for. They even claim that I am a first time customer so I don’t understand how hair colour is done. You think your customer is dumb and not know how a single tone hair colour is supposed to be done?

    Avoid this shady salon! Beware of all the 5 stars reviews (left by people with 1 review or 5 star reviews at all the same places) always left after someone left a bad review for them. The google rating is definitely bought off!

    The service was so good and Roy is such a kind and funny stylist lol. He even came down to bleach my hair for several hours despite the appointment being booked on the wrong date. The student promotion is vv worth it.

    Lynn styled my hair and Christyna cut my hair. Because my hair is very rough, I did the protein correction first, and the effect was super good. They are also super nice🤩🤩I love it. I recommend it to everyone!

    I’m not the type of person who writes Google reviews, so this is my first negative review. My experience at Ravissant Hair Studio, @321 Clementi Ave 3, was exceptionally poor. I arrived to collect a Shopee parcel and was ignored, asked to wait for over 45 minutes while they attended to their own customers (there were only 3 customers with 3 staff). Despite patiently waiting until they finished with their hair services, I was then asked to move aside in a rude and disrespectful manner by Roy, needing to attend to his paying customer after 45 mins+. This made me feel undervalued.

    If the collection point cannot fulfill their responsibility of distributing parcels efficiently, perhaps they should reconsider offering this service… It seemed like they do not even want to make their salon their Shopee collection point because by their behavior it seemed like they were reluctant to collect. Disappointing experience overall…

    The waiting time was pretty long, but what makes me write this review is the way he treated me in a very rude behaviour, shoving me aside for their own customers, after patiently waited as requested.

    Despite being a first-time reviewer, I felt compelled to share this disappointing experience

    Christyna was very thoughtful in teaching ways to style my hair when I went there for my haircut. She took care in asking me how i usually wear my hair before suggesting the appropriate cut! 👍🏻👍🏻 The hairwash, cutting and styling was quite pampering.
    I booked the session on classpass and called to make my appointment earlier.
    Do note to call even if you book on classpass and the salon does not have access to your number to confirm the booking!

    Just went over to Ravissant Hair Studio for hair cut and air-touch balayage, Roy is v professional and detail, making sure that I know what hair product he was using. Thank you and your colleague for being attentive and caring till the end.

    Honestly speaking, this is definitely going to be my to go place for hair cuts from now on! Christyna was really engaging and nice throughout the entire service. I felt very comfortable and can see that the staff here builds good relationship with their customers.

    Roy and Christina were very friendly and helpful. It was my first experience at a salon and i asked Roy for recommendations which he recommended lighter colours for my hair since it would suit me. After everything was done, he also suggested to curl and take some photos for me. Thank you so much to Ravissant Hair Studio! I will definitely be back.

    I’ve been a customer to this salon since a few years back, so far I have not found any hair salon that meets my expectations for hair styling like Ravissant. Thank you Roy and Christina for the service and hospitality as always, both their skills in scalp massage were awesome 🙂 will return for a hair colouring session soon!

    My mum and I were Roy’s repeated customers almost 2 decades ago when we lived in another area. Incidentally we were at the mall and bumped into Roy.

    Roy has many years of experience in this line and was meticulous with all of our hair cuts including my dad’s.

    Definitely recommend him (and his female colleague too) if you are looking for a reliable hair stylist in the area 🙂

    I have been to this salon since they moved to Clementi, after so many years, Roy has never failed giving me good haircut especially for my natural curl hair and always recommend trendy styles or treatments to add life into my hair. He’s attentive to my needs and very patient in cutting the right style for my hair 😍 Love it the latest style he did for me!

    I’m really happy with how my hair turned out. As a student, it was worth the price, for a wash, cut, and style. Especially during the student promo, it’s so worth it, Ill definitely come back.
    I recommend students who are on a budget to come here if they want good quality cuts and an affordable salon to cut your hair.
    Mr Roy was also so friendly and such a perfectionist when cutting my hair, he was meticulously cutting it making sure it looks good💗

    my hair was dealt with very delicately and meticulously and i had a very wonderful experience. I got what I asked for exactly and the outcome was perfectly executed 🤍

    Mr roy was very kind and understanding. He asked for reference pictures to ensure that I got want i wanted exactly. It is really worth the travel and price especially during the student promotion.. I will really recommend students to come here if they want their haircut to be executed perfectly and nicely for an affordable price 😋

    Travelled from Pasir Ris to Clementi and no regrets. Me & my 2 girls were had a discount and we thought the price is significantly lower than other salons. The hair stylist Roy managed to cut my hair exactly like the reference photo. Would definitely return to this salon again

    Today, I visited Ravissant Hair Studio
    and had an amazing experience! The atmosphere was welcoming and stylish, and the staff were friendly and professional.     Roy worked on my hair! Absolutely magic! Coloured my hair just the way I wanted, I didn’t have to say much! Very experienced! And blow-curled my hair like an expert, unlike many of the hairdressers I’ve been too – he did a great job!

    Roy was professional and had exceptional attention to detail. The korean-style haircut he gave nicely framed my face and added volume to my hair. Knowledge and skill were apparent as they flawlessly applied the hair dye, resulting in a beautiful, vibrant color that exceeded my expectations. Salon itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff created a welcoming environment. Highly recommend :))

    have been to Ravissant twice now and have been very happy and satisfied with the service and the results!

    Roy does an excellent job executing the ideas I had in mind and nailed it both times, would highly recommend Ravissant to everybody ☺️
