    Arrived outside the shop at 1038am. It was not opened and a male cleaner (with am industrial cleaning machine) was also waiting to go in to clean up the unit. Came back at 11.08am and was told to complete forms and registration. By the time the registration was finally completed, it was 1120am. And the staff repeatedly repeatedly informed that they do not extend the timing and that they were open at 1040am. The staff insisted that we received sms messages to inform for us to reach 15mins earlier (which we did not receive) and the store was not open. And most disgustingly, are you expecting us to go into the shop when the shop is being cleaned at 1045am??

    Throughout the entire massage session , the staff again repeatedly lament that they do not have time as we were late.. they can only provide touch and go massage. And indeed a makeshift massage is what we got.

    It started with me having a bad neck and backache. Decided to try out this spa. Brought the other half along. The ambience is great, the two shifus (Eileen and Chen Hui) were very skilful. Back and neck felt better after the 1.5 hrs full body jin luo massage.
    The place apparently has 2 couple rooms and 2 single rooms. Rather private. Just that sometimes when the receptionist talks to clients we could hear from the room that we were in.
    Overall an enjoyable experience. Ended up getting a package. Gotta say there’s NO hard selling on the part of the staff. She only asked once if I was interested.

    My facial was done by Riko and she is very professional , no hard selling, good advice from her, thanks for the advice and the extraction is so gentle, not pain at all.

    Visit with Fave voucher, everything was good and worth.
    Lynn and Joey was very friendly too. Affordable packages and good massages provided.

    After finishing my 25 hours package, I renewed another 25 hours today. I choose to stay with QG coz:
    1. No hard selling
    2. Massage techniques always on point
    3. Experienced and knowledgable masseur
    4. Clean environment with relaxing music

    Tension on my body oft get released and I feel rejuvenated after each session. Don’t feel afraid to try a trial session with QG and decide if you will stay.

    Bought 2.5hrs couple spa voucher on fave and it’s totally worth it! My partner and I enjoyed the session and the staff were really very friendly! No hard selling at all! Highly recommend!

    I have been their loyal customers since 3 years ago. They have skillful masseuse in my opinion. Niki (has left) and Riko are one of the best they have. Generally their masseuse are great. Will keep patronising their services when the package price is still affordable ?

    Great experience overall. The Customer service was great for the booking.

    Opt for deep tissue massage and it was a good recovery for myself.

    No hardselling, but will consider package if got promo

    Everything was good and worth it. Both me and my mom enjoyed the 2.5hrs Spa Indulgence, massage and facial. Riko and the masseuse were really friendly and nice ? No hard selling too! Am so glad I found this on Fave

    Just had the most amazing facial and massage session with my husband. We bought the 2.5 hour spa indulgence deal from Fave. Our facial was done my Riko. She is very experienced as she customized the facial according to our skin. She was very patient throughout and also very thorough in her work. She even gave us some samples to bring home to try. Our massage was done by Joey and she was excellent. Her pressure points were accurate and she also focused on the area that I had some problems with. Overall, I recommend everyone to give this a try! It’s really worth every penny. Thank you for this beautiful experience, Queen Ginya! ❤️

    Came in to enquire but decided not to book any appointment after speaking with the staff, who displayed an attitude of “I don’t care”/“It’s not my business anyway.” She hardly even looked at me when we spoke.

    Came to know Queen Ginya from the fave 2.5 hrs spa package for 2. Went with my friends.

    Overall experience is good – booking was easy ( we went on weekday) the deal is value for the price paid. The deep issue massage was relaxing. Environment is good and room is kept clean with disposable undie provided.

    No hard selling at all.

    Update on 12 Oct: the next day i felt burn on my face and it lasted few days, now i have a scar on my face. Maybe the product did not suit my skin.

    Went using Fave voucher. Had a great massage. Skills was good. Masseuse was very friendly. Affordable packages and good massages provided. Nice place.
