    Went for my first lash session today. Therapist was great, professional, really went through the different types of lashes. Went for natural russian which was honestly a bit over the top for me. The bed wasn’t the comfiest – felt a bit of a neck strain and was really warm but I still fell asleep so all’s good. Deducted stars because of the other lady standing at the reception. Reached, therapist told me to wait a while while she prepares and the other lady at the reception just completely ignores me. There was a brown bench there which didn’t really look like a bench so I was left awkwardly standing there. If not for the professional job done, the bad welcome would have turned me off completely. Might try the HV branch next.

    Efficient service with lashes and nails done at the same time. Lash extensions feel lightweight and comfortable.

    Pleased with the lashes extension done by Lee Cheng. She was very gentle and gave the natural lashes look I want. I usually fell asleep during the process of lashes extension; that’s how gentle Lee Cheng was. But, not with other therapist though. Once I experienced pretty rough therapist and unfriendly. So, i would always request for Lee Cheng. Can improve on standardising all therapists’ skill and service. Overall, great experience!

    Been going to here for 5yrs. I have dont eyelash extensions for +10yrs and tried elsewhere and around the world and I don’t trust anyone besides Wynn with my lashes⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    1st visit to Private Room. Wanted to see some nail art but was really limited. Was shown like 10 designs on the frame they used to hold the nail art. That was all. And honestly, the nail art design was really… looked like they were done by newbie. Simple designs can be elegant as well but, those shown to me are really kiddish. I returned them and she took it back without saying anything else or offering any other designs online / ig. My French were done nicely. But the length were not the same. I don’t know how and why she didn compare n made sure they were of same length.

    Always a good service here with minimal time spent because Wynn is so quick with the extension! Super efficient for busy people and as always good quality products used (glue doesn’t sting). Been coming here for over a year now and it has always been consistent.

    Booked an appointment with Wyn at 4pm on Friday for lashes. I used to frequent them when they were at International Plaza and haven’t seen them since late 2019 when Covid first hit. Although so much time has passed, her skills were still great. She asked if I wanted my usual length and I said yes, but when it was done I felt it was way too long. She assured me it looks good and now after a couple of days I’m used to them and very happy with the results. If you’ve not done lashes in a long time like me, definitely get shorter ones first! 🙂 Also, I decided to get a pedi and they were kind enough to squeeze me in. Pedi was very well done and I’m happy with the service. Their new location looks great and I’ll definitely be seeing them again.

    For someone who has sensitive eyelids, private room lashes & glue are so light-weight and comfortable. Wynn always ensure extension design that suits my uneven eyelid. Thank you for the great service!
