    I recently had the pleasure of getting a perm done by Winnie at Novena Outlet and I couldn’t be happier with the end results! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Winnie took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and explained the process thoroughly, ensuring I felt comfortable the entire time. The end result is beautiful, natural-looking curls that suit my face shape perfectly. My hair feels soft, bouncy, and healthy—far better than I expected! I also appreciated how Winnie made sure to use high-quality products to protect the integrity of my hair. She was so patient and helpful in sharing the after care to maintain the curls. I would highly recommend Winnie to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and talented hairstylist. I’ll definitely be back for future appointments!❤️

    I highly recommend Tiffany from Picasso if you’re considering a perm! I’ve had my fair share of bad perms—those that don’t last or require tons of daily effort to maintain—but Tiffany’s work is a game-changer. The perm she did for me was incredibly manageable and lasted an entire year! She’s also very ethical, carefully assessing the condition of your hair before proceeding. If your hair isn’t in good condition for a perm, she’ll honestly advise against it, which I truly appreciate.

    I’ve had my hair permed in Canada and Singapore and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. I decided to try Picasso Hair because of their complementary hair consultation and it did not disappoint.

    The rest of the staff were friendly. Even towards the end, I was provided great guidance on how to keep my hair healthy and tips on how to maintain its volume. I felt very well taken care of. Would definitely back!

    I had a fantastic experience at Picasso Hair Studio at Goldhill Plaza, thanks to Wallace.

    He took the time to thoroughly understand my requirements by asking detailed questions and even suggested styles that complemented my face shape. I opted for the Advante perm, which is a pricier option, but it was absolutely worth it. The result was exactly what I wanted—my hair looks so healthy and well-permed!

    The little extras, like snacks and beverages, added to the overall experience. My only suggestion for improvement would be to include a longer massage during the hair wash.

    That aside, I’m extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Wallace and Picasso Hair Studio to anyone looking for quality hair services!

    got my hair permed and dyed for the first time here! my stylist Brandon was very patient and friendly with me. he took the time to assess my features to determine the style that was suitable for me as well as my seasonal colour. despite the process being long, it was enjoyable, and all the staff who served me were friendly and warm. i am very satisfied with my hairstyle and would definitely visit again!

    I highly highly recommend Brandon at the Novena branch. I came with a few pictures of the result I wanted to have; he helped me manage my expectations because he helped me realise that my pictures were of hair that was styled AFTER a haircut. He managed to give me a haircut that I could easily transform into the hairstyle that I wanted! The styling tips he gave me were very doable and he helped me practice in the salon. When I went home, his tips and the practice I got allowed me to recreate the look I had at the hair salon even a day, two days, three days after. I’ve gotten confident styling my hair and intend to come back to keep this haircut shape. It’s the first time a haircut has suited me very much and I would like to thank Brandon for it. Thank you!

    Tiffany is my hair stylist for 2 years plus already, every time I go I need not worry about what she going to do, cause she knows the best!! Although she is always very busy, but nothing is in a rush, and also her assistant is very good as well!! They coordinate so well!! So please go to her if you wanna perm!!

    Recommended Tiffany by a friend. When I saw her, I know why my friend goes to her. She is really duper!! at one go she handle like 3-4 customer, but everything turn out on point!!! You wouldn’t feel that you are left unattended, she always come back and check on me if im ok. Her assistant also take good care of me too! Really love the whole environment and of course the hair!!

    Very professional, wonderful experience. Was served by Kicdo @Novena, he patiently gave an analysis of my face shape and recommended a few hairstyles which would be suitable for me. Very satisfied with my new hairdo for the festives to come. The C curls are lasting, still in place even after 3weeks now. Kicdo also gave some good tips on what hair colour would go well with my skin tone and how to care for my hair and scalp. Good work! Thumbs up! Thank you for the exceptional service.

    I am visiting SG and decided to get a perm during my stay. I was deciding between a few salons but ultimately I went with Picasso and chose Wallace as my stylist after seeing his work on Instagram.

    My experience was wonderful! Even though the salon is busy, nothing feels rushed. The staff are all very friendly and service oriented. Wallace also took the time to explain how to care for my perm after. The curls came out just how I wanted, and my hair felt super soft after the mask treatment. The perm package is slightly more expensive than other salons but I am very happy with my results and the service — will definitely be returning in the future!

    Love Tiffany work & professionalism. The way she do it, you can really feel she know what she is doing and super good at it!! also they serve nice snacks and pretty drinks. so dont need to worry about being hungry, and feel like snacking

    I usually get my hair done in JB, but after reading all the great reviews about Picasso, I decided to give it a shot and I’m so glad I did! Brandon from the Novena outlet was AMAZING, guiding me through every step of my hair treatment and even following up a week later to check in. My hair still looks and feels just as great as it did right out of the salon. This won’t be my last time visiting Picasso

    Highly Recommend “Picasso Hair Studio@ Novena”!

    I’ve been a going to Picasso @ Novena for about a year now, and every visit has been a fantastic experience! The salon is cozy, with a welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease.

    The staff are friendly and attentive, but a special shoutout goes to my stylist, Brandon. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and has a great sense of humor, which makes each session enjoyable. What I appreciate most is that he takes the time to assess your hair and offer tailored recommendations before starting.

    Transparency is another standout feature here—they always inform you about the prices upfront, so there are no surprises after your session.

    I can’t recommend Picasso @ Novena enough. Definitely worth a visit! 🌟✨

    Shout out to Tiffany and team for helping me achieve the look I want! I’ve always wanted a perm but was always afraid of high maintenance it can be, but a few months ago Tiffany recommended a perm style that was easy to upkeep. The perm lasted over 6 months and I recently went back to do a refresh and new colour. There were a couple of tweaks to make along the way (for colour), but Tiffany and team were super patient and worked to make sure I was happy with the eventual look. She was also super responsive via DMs and open to discussing how best to craft the look for me. Thank you!!

    I was surprisingly amazed with the outcome of my new hairstyle suggested by Brandon. He said that based on my height, the feature of my face, the current hair length is just right. He will ask about how I usually maintain my hair to give me suggestion as I mentioned to him that I have not decided what to do with my hair. So he suggested on free style perm for easy maintain and root perm so that my hair will not look flat. After the whole 4.5hrs, I look more younger😊

    I had an amazing experience with Sky! He gave me a perm and haircut, and I absolutely love the results.     I recently got my hair styled by Sky, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Not only did they do an amazing job with the cut, but the perm has completely changed how my hair looks and feels. The waves are so natural-looking, and, best of all, it’s incredibly easy to style every day. I can just run my fingers through it in the morning, and it falls perfectly into place.     My hair is a testament to Winny’s competence and ability to understand customer’s needs.

    I’ve been with Winny since 2022 and haven’t left the salon a single time feeling disappointed.

    I first came to her to do a perm back in 2022, and she did an analysis on my hair and recommended me to do a romantic perm, as well as trimmed the sides of my hair framing my face to give a better framed look.

    Afterwhich, I went to her again after 5 months to do another perm and once again, she has never let me down. I mentioned to her that I’d prefer the curls to start slightly higher and she delivered just as I requested.

    The wave perm she had done on me was flawless as well.

    She had asked before if I considered dyeing my hair but after a botched job at other salons, I was very apprehensive. I decided to trust her to dye my hair and she told me that she’ll use a balayage technique since I mentioned to her that I need a low maintenance kind of colour as I do not have the time to frequent salons for a touch up. She has done a red toning balayage for me, and that was the first time I had loved how much my hair looked when dyed.

    After I got bored of my long hair, I told Winny that I wanted to cut my hair short and bleached my hair. I specifically asked for ash colours as previously when I dyed my hair to these colours, stylists will always missed it by a smidgen. It’d either be too ashy or too much colour, but Winny has delivered it perfectly with just the right amount of ash I wanted.

    During my latest visit to her, I honestly didnt even know how to describe the colour I wanted. She assisted me by listening patient to my request, then did a colour analysis on me to better cater to my requests. She then proceeded to concoct a beautiful ash milk tea brownish-grey hair that suit my complexion perfectly.

    She’s the first stylist to ask me “今天做什么颜色” for me to reply “随便你”, to trust her completely.

    She has proven that she is a master of all in terms of hair colouring and perming, so please look for her!

    Went to get my hair cut into a curly shag today and am obsessed with the results. I have 3A-3B naturally curly hair and Nicole understood exactly the haircut I wanted and how to use my hair texture and density to its best. Nicole and the rest of the team at Picasso are extremely nice and patient and am so glad to have gone to see Nicole today for my haircut.

    I recently had the pleasure of getting my hair cut by Sky Beh at Picasso Hair Boutique, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Sky is a true artist with a keen eye for detail. He listened attentively to my requests, offered expert advice, and transformed my hair into exactly what I envisioned. His skill and precision were evident in every snip.

    The receptionist, Alice, was equally wonderful. She was friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Her professionalism and efficiency contributed to a seamless and enjoyable experience.

    I visited Picasso Hair Studio Novena in mid-Sep to perm my hair. After looking through online reviews, I booked an appointment for hairstylist Brandon. The booking process was easy and I booked it via WhatsApp.

    The session started with face and height analysis, and Brandon provided suggestions based on the analysis results. He was very friendly, patient and attentive to all my concerns. He asked about any previous hair treatments done to my hair and the shampoo type used in order to ensure that my hair is suitable for the perm. After that he informed me the perm type that will be done and the total cost before starting.

    After that Brandon and an assistant were focused on preparing my hair for perm and did the perming. As I do not talk a lot, there was not much chatting which I am ok with. But if there is anything to ask or chat about, they will always respond actively. The whole session and salon environment was relaxed and comfortable. Brandon also informed me on all steps and products required to maintain my hair curl afterwards. I left the salon feeling happy and satisfied with the final results.

    Any questions or concerns after that can also be easily asked directly to him via Instagram which is very convenient. I will be back for hair treatment after 2-3 months as advised. Thanks.

    Very disappointed with the result of my perm. Despite of paying SGD 500 and did by master trainer . My hair end up like broccoli instead of wavy as per my request. Her response was she will be away and if I am not satisfy the next day her colleague will fixed it for me. To me that is so I irresponsible . She can actually fixed it on the spot but she didn’t. I am actually this salon very loyal customer but with this kind of experience for sure I will not come back again. I really miss Amy. If anyone know, where is she currently , please let me know. Thanks.

    I decided to try out Picasso Hair Studio after reading the good reviews. It did not disappoint me and I walked out with a gorgeous and yet natural looking perm done by Brandon. The snacks and beverages helped in sustaining through the four hours of perm and treatment. The whole process was made very pleasant by Brandon’s gentleness.

    I highly recommend my hairstylist, Sky! He’s patient, super funny, and gave me exactly the perm I wanted. The color he did is fantastic too—I hadn‘t dyed my hair in a year, and there was a stark contrast between the black and yellow tones. Now, it’s perfectly even. Couldn‘t be happier with the result!

    Had a really great experience with Brandon, who is patient enough to explain and detail out how he intends to “salvage” my previous short haircut that was poorly done elsewhere. I got myself a haircut, hair colouring, and hair straightening services. It was my first time there and the outcome exceeded my expectation!

    Yesterday , went in to do root perm and a hair cut. Hair cut was underwhelming. But the worse is the root perm. My right side of the perm looks like small curly wires. The hairdresser knew that i have a middle parting. Am very disappointed with the quality and also disappointed with the high reviews that I trusted.

    Update of review:
    I hv changed from 1 star to 4 stars.
    The management of Picasso reached out to me upon seeing my disatisfaction. They offered to redo my perm ,however I was no longer in the country. They then offered a full refund instead and showed their deep apology. At this point, I am grateful at such professionalism as well as business integrity which is quite rare these days.

    permed my hair here recently and it is SO NICE! finding Picasso this year is such a gem. this salon really tops all the other local salons i have tried in the past in terms of results and good service. my curls looks very natural and feel moisturised/ not frizzy at all. kudos to stylist Ziwei who made my hair so pretty, will definitely come back again 🙂
