    Made an appointment on the same day and went down. There was no wait and the staff were very friendly. As I was a first timer, I mostly let the lash tech decide for me the type of lashes. The end result was quite nice, but they were not lasting at all. I was quite amazed when the lashes can come off when there was wind, and by the end of one week most have fallen off albeit quite unevenly.

    Found this store through their Instagram tag on Nail Queen page. Not cheap for the quality, will not recommend.

    The girls are doing a great job!

    It has been 20 days since my last eyelash extensions and they still look very pretty. Highly recommended!

    It was my first time to do a LASH LIFT, and I randomly chose Pandora Lashes based on reviews on the internet. I am happy to say, I was very satisfied with my experience here. From the moment I made my appointment to when I entered, they were very welcoming. I love how my lashes turned out and the whole process only took about 30 minutes. The lady who handled me was very professional and lovely. I will definitely be back.

    My second time coming here and every person that attended to me were really pleasant. The place was neatly kept and beds were comfortable.

    Diamond was the one that did my lashes and she’s incredibly gentle and highly skilled. Been to different places, yes they extend your lashes but won’t have the effect that you are looking for whereas diamond she knows how to accentuate using the lashes to make the eyes look prettier. The mixture of lash length and the positioning of it. I really love how delicate my lashes turned out. Natural but enhancing on the eyes. Will definitely come back again. Thank you for the great service.

    Their MEGA lashes made my eye look so pretty! 😍 There were three female strangers over the last one week coming up to me to ask where I did my lashes – highly recommend Diamond (the beauty artist there), she is utterly amazing 💎❤️

    Good and cheap lower lash extensions, Hannah even ask me not to spend money removing all of the lower lashes, can save some of it and she charge me a lower fee for it. The place is cosy but needs advance booking for lashes. 5/5 stars for this shop!

    Hannah is an Angel my first time I visited this salon was a last minute appointment and I had a flight out the next day and she kindly accepted my appointment and I’ve been visiting her salon ever since. I love my lashes each time it’s done by Hannah. She is meticulous and gentle. And the salon is nicely setup. I highly recommend pandora lashes for your next lash trip.

    It is not my first eyelash extension session but my first session with Hannah this morning. She is patient, gentle and skilful. She also give me tips on how to clean my lashes. I am super happy with my mega KK lashes, thanks Hannah 🙂

    Had lashes extension for three times except third time I have allergy . They are very professional as the allergy developed the following day so I had it taken out immediately . Diamond accepted my appointment without hesitation and she attended to me . She was not only tender but carefully removed one by one to avoid discomfort. Even it was quite late at night and already her off hours. Subsequently , even with her busy schedule, she voice mail me to enquire my well being on the following day . She is awesome indeed !

    Seriously so heart pain that I have spent $158 and a total of 6hours to get my lashes done and no satisfaction. I have sent her the pictures of the lashes that I wanted to do and got something else in return had to go back again and redo my lashes she did the same lashes again that I didn’t want while doing she kept poking as it was getting late for her after ended I told her this is not same as the picture she said of cos cannot 100% can only 90% but the lashes I ask to do is the same lashes she has done for me 2 months back.

    Don’t waste your time coming here. Initially when they first did for me, I was satisfied with the lashes although it took 2h15mins. When I made appointment to do touch up 1 week later, I requested for 31/8 2pm and the boss said ok so I made the deposit of $30. Few hours later she told me 2pm they can’t and asked me if can come at 4pm or come on 30/8 at 5pm. So I confirmed the 4pm slot for 31/8. Comes the day on 31/8, I messaged her at 12pm asking if she’s too busy, I can actually reschedule to the following week because it seems like the 4pm is squeezed out for me as per her message tone. And I realized that I am free the following week so no rush for me. And I didn’t demand a reschedule since it was already on the day itself. I still mentioned if it’s really not too rush for her, I can still come at 4pm. And her reply was “you got appt with us 4pm later”. So I told her okay I will turn up at 4pm. I reached at 3.55pm and there was only 1 staff around. She got me to lay down to check my lashes and 4pm, another customer walked in for 4pm appt as well. She checked her phone and realized that the lady was her customer so she told me that she would do hers first and get someone else to come do it for me. I laid there and waited patiently for 25mins before asking if someone is coming. And she said yes coming already. I waited another 10mins till 4.35pm and asked again, if nobody is coming I can reschedule. And she said yes coming 5 mins. At 4.40pm I have lost my patience but I did not scold her. I just told her to remove the tape on my eyes and I said I have to leave, I have already waited for 40mins and she still had the cheek to ask if I cannot wait for a little while more???? You make customers pay for $30 deposit because you want us to value your time. But you guys are not valuing customers time?!? And immediately after I stepped out the shop, I texted the boss to reschedule. I did not even scold her. BUT SHE CHOSE TO IGNORE MY MESSAGE. FOR 4 days, until I threatened to call the police and there they are giving excuses that boss is in hospital. But I used my daughter’s number to text the boss and she was able to reply. I have all messages screenshot as proof.

    Did eyelash extensions after reading the reviews about Hannah’s outstanding skills. The lashes look okay, but I was poked twice in my right eye. She isn’t v fast and i started to fidget by the time she does second eye. It was itchy so I blinked and itched. I was told not to move otherwise she can’t put the lashes on. So much for skills and my comfort was not important.

    Also she is a smoker and her fingers stank. I was forced to smell second hand smoke the whole time she worked on my lashes. When I told her about it (because I am allergic and it made me cough) she went to put some artificial flavored cream on her hand that smelled like hairspray. It was bad; and it did not cover up the cigarette smell one bit.

    Beware if you cigarettes bother you.

    Visited Pandora lashes for the first time today and Hannah did an amazing job 🙂 She recommended me a style based on my budget and I’m super happy with the results. She was also super gentle and I fell asleep throughout the session. Plus it didn’t sting at all when I opened my eyes right after she was done!
