    It is my daughter’s first time coming to this saloon at Waterway Point. Her stylist is PY Shim and she is very gentle with her and making her feel comfortable so throughout the cut, she is able to stay still and not cry.

    Had a really good experience at NK Hairworks Waterway Point. Kin did a great job with my hair color, Eric’s shampoo service was so good I thought it was a treatment, and Vanessa was very helpful in fitting me in as a last-minute booking. They even serve snacks and water and the auntie there makes sure you have everything you need. Place is clean and staff are friendly, will come back again.

    First and my last time visiting this salon. The worse haircut saloon ever in my entire life!!! Basic trimming cant do it well & yet telling me it’s my scalp issue causing my scalp to bald.

    it was very crowded but Ron was still very helpful and gentle (I didn’t know what to do with my hair ;-;) don’t come during peak hour tho

    I have been getting my haircut with Ron at NK@Waterway Point for almost 2 to 3 years. He knows how to cut my hair well, which not many people do. Ron is a friendly, cheerful, and kind person who treats customers well. He has never been pushy about asking customers to sign up for packages or buy in-house products, which makes me feel very comfortable with his sincerity. Keep up the good work, Ron!

    Went there for the first time and sean provided photos as reference to check which hairstyle i wanted. Very friendly and accommodating! Very pleased with the cut

    My search for a stylist is over. Im glad i found PY at wwp branch. My hair was cut exactly to what I said and she cuts it to perfection! Very detailed on her craft.

    I had an amazing experience at this salon! Ron and his team provide exceptional service. Ron gave me a haircut that I’ve been wanting to try for a while, and I couldn’t be happier with the result—it’s the perfect length, easy to maintain, and still looks stylish. The entire staff was super friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.

    I had a little mishap when I accidentally broke a bottle of spray I had just purchased. When I explained the situation, the staff was incredibly kind and promptly exchanged it for a new one. Their customer service really stood out to me. Overall, a fantastic experience.

    Had a pleasant experience here. I got my yearly trim for my hair and the service here always exceeds my expectations. Despite the language barrier, my stylist Sean Xu understood what I wanted and the hairstyle I wanted turned out exactly how I envisioned it to be. Thank you so much NK Hairworks for the delightful experience. Will always come here to get my hair cut! Also appreciated the complimentary drink served and staff are understanding and friendly.

    I praise the warm and good services of hair stylists PY and Eric, they are both very friendly, PY knows my preference in hair color and Eric is so good in head massage! I left the salon feeling so good and satisfied cos got snacks, drinks and ice cream! Highly recommend!

    Great service, highly recommanded place for hair-done or any hair treatment, everybody in the shop is great. My hairdresser today was Ron, I was thinking of getting a new look but have no idea what style I am going for. He being very professional suggest the best hairstyle for a guy according to my face features. It was a really enjoyable session 👍👍
