    Great service of all kinds pampering and there is a private sauna that I enjoy too.
    Highly recommend the lymphatic detox facial and rose facial. Tranquil and no fuss.
    There are also good facial and body product that they use and sell directly from Jurlique.

    Was a regular in the past few years, and habe always enjoyed every visit. Felt very taken care of the expert therapist, Mint, who unfortunately left. At my latest visit, while i still appreciate the quality products used, aromatherapy, and the relaxing ambience, i did not like the new therapist. She was very rough with my face, dragging, pulling and towel wiping so forcefully that my skin was so sensitised (red and bumpy) in the week that followed. This completely goes against the point of paying so much for a facial treatment session and did their products no justice. I really miss my previous therapist, and wish they ensured more consistency in the training of their staff. Reception lady is wonderful though, i just did not enjoy the rough handling of this particular therapist.

    Edited to 5*: i requested for another therapist at my next visit and felt at home again. Fanny was skillful, and had a warm personality that put me at ease naturally. My skin was pampered under her hands and i would without doubt request for her for my next session. Nature’s Spa also very kindly reached out to make this right with me after my original feedback, a generous gesture assuring me that they prioritise and value their customer’s experience (although I had to politely turn them down as it wasnt my intention to get anything in exchange for my feedback). This surely deserves 5* rating.

    Thread-bare towels, poorly attired staff, small waiting area all do not make for a luxurious spa experience. The Air-conditioning was also very noisy, overpowering the music. Massage was perhaps average.

    I work out daily and swim regularly so I was happy to have discovered Nature’s Spa at Alocassia (Steve’s Road) that’s nearer home. Love the deep tissue massage and bouquets to massage therapist Eva!

    Love their organic and natural products that are also works for my skin! The therapist is definitely top notch and I always fall asleep during the facial. It’s very relaxing atmosphere and you just feel being pampered.

    Fantastic Aroma Massage. Super enjoyable. No hard selling and whole process feels great. Used entertainer app for 50% off. The Aroma massage is $120 for one hour(before discount)

    The environment is very relaxing, the facial feels ordinary, and the massage technique is not skilled enough. The massage is great and will come back again.
