    So guys.. I will never ever go back to this saloon again! I wasn’t feel good when I just stepped in. They asked me to show them my IC and I opened up my Singpass for them. The lady who sat on the counter (seems like she is a manager) and wanted me to show up all the personal details (first page on Singpass which after the barcode), and I refused to do so!! I am so uncomfortable with this!!

    I asked what’s the purpose they have to take my personal details when I already showed up my Singpass on the spot. The lady showed me one statement which they could get our personal details from don’t know which Police Department and they put this notice board on the front desk counter. I questioned them again why and are they on any litigation issue?! They said they have this right as the statement is there and BRAVO! This lady even refused to let me write down my information until I showed my super black face to them. So, I wrote down my address by myself, and she wrote down my full IC number, super insisted!!

    I do understand that we have to proof ourself with our IC. But yeah!! This is just a saloon!! Normal standard saloon! What’s the special for them to write down our personal details from IC?! We have the right to NON DISCLOSE our personal details!! This saloon is crazy and if they are so protective, they should not open for business!!!

    PS: The Malaysian therapist was doing a good facial for me. But the management is terrible and horrible!!!

    Had a good session with Rong Rong. The massage was thorough and appropriately strong. Good pressed and identified my strained points well.

    Been trying to call for days to make a reservation, even whatsapped them but to NO AVAIL. Left messages to get a return call but also no avail.

    It’s sad that the boss has sold / taken over her business by other Spa/Massage’s company. I would say the service from front desk has dropped , not friendly and not responsive at all. An easy question like balance of my massage hour also took them few hours or 1 day to reply, some of my repeated questions was not answered too.

    Besides that, I doubt this NEW MANAGEMENT “eaten” our current massage package. In Whatsapp, she told me my massage balance was 7 hours, but when I done couple massage 1.5hour/pax = 3 hour. She told me I left 2 hours. Where is my another 2 hours? She said it was expired in 2020. So, I have question.. why dont u tell me earlier? U were already late replying my message, and you provided wrong info to me? It’s okay, the 2 hours I “donate” to your company.

    Previous management’s service was excellent, I love how the previous boss – Sylvia managed her business and interact with her customer – RESPONSIVE, and answered our questions 1 by 1 .
    New Masseuses Rong2 & Annie are excellent too, but this isn’t the reason to attract me for continuing my package with new management , or should I say NEW shop? Since front desk said eventually the name will be changed. As for now, they offer MERIDIEN MASSAGE – which expensive at least $15 and above than my previous aromatherapy massage package. TBH, I dont care what time of massage they are offering, MERIDIEN MASSAGE is damn expensive. Sometime customer just want normal massage, enjoy my own sweet time..

    lastly….. I dont understand why front dent wasnt allowed me to take photo of the massage package that offered by her ? and i wonder…

    Last but no least, shout out to ex boss Sylvia, masseuses like Ahliew, ex masseuses Janet, Thai masseu – Meiling. Thanks for offering such good hospitality and to your regular customer. We had quality massage time with Natural Elements Therapy Spa. Take care.

    My wife and I used Fave vouchers to enjoy deep tissue massages here at around $28++. We were served tea before and after the massage. In terms of the environment, it is very clean and minimal massage oil was used, leaving us feeling fresh after the massage. The massage was done with skill and specifically targetted areas of stiffness. After the massage, we were offered some promotional packages but the staff were very nice and did not pressure us or hardsell unlike other establishments.

    Many thanks to our masseuses Annie and Rong Rong for their hard work, and we hope that they will receive more year end bonuses!! Will recommend this place to our friends and family.

    Booked the 1st time session from fave. Annie attended to me. She was very accurate in her massage technique on my aching area. I like the heating bed that keeps warm and blood circulating while Annie work on my back.

    I was a first timer and my masseuse Maggie who was really good. Her hands were light compared to other masseuse that I had. She always asked my welfare while she was doing the massage. My friend and definitely will go back here and recommend this spa to my friends and colleagues.

    Amazing massage and service!! Came here for the trial and it was excellent. Zero hard sell at all and we asked to sign a package. Looking forward to our upcoming sessions!

    Very good massage and service, the masseuse and lady boss go out of their way to ensure you have a pleasant experience. Will recommend you several stores to check out in city gate. Bought a package thanks to their great service!

    One of the best massage i had here in singapore. Came across the promotion in facebook. No hard selling but pure quality that made me decide to take their package without second thought. Highly recommended!

    Very pleasant experience! Second time here today and Sylvia and team were very warm, professional and no hard sell. It’s so hard to come by a team that actually cares and make you feel at ease. Definitely coming back and highly recommended for their good services, experienced staff and value for money treatments. The bojin massage was a first for me but very good!

    I’ve came across their facebook promotion and took up their $38 first time trial massage & facial! All their staff and even boss are super friendly and welcoming, the massage was amazing as well! Without having to say the massage therapist already know where i’m aching. Their facial is so relaxing and the beautician really did a clean job although it’s only $38. Best part of all, there’s no hard selling! I absolutely recommend this place!

    Just had a 105 minute full body massage and eye Bo Jin treatment at Natural Elements. Nice place with good ambience.

    It was a nice experience and the price was reasonable. The masseur, Ms Ah Liu was warm and friendly.

    Ms Josephine who did eye Bo Jin for me was nice and did a good job.

    Overall, have had a pleasant time at the spa.
