    I went to this place on 21 May for a pedicure. The price of the pedicure was explained very clearly to me before I sat down – it was actually written down for me (probably because i was not a local). When the water tub was being filled it was explained that a tablet of what I assume was a cleaning product would cost an additional $8. Rather odd to charge for this (does a pedicure not include a cleaning product in the water?) but I agreed to it, given the low cost involved. The woman doing the pedicure suggested a treatment for the dry skin on my soles and heels. I agreed to the suggestion
    – no figure was mentioned. This involved applying some sort of moist tissue to the soles of the feet and wrapping them in cling film for a short period and then removing the dead skin like in a normal pedicure. In total the complete pedicure including this took less than 30 minutes. When I came to pay I was told that this treatment ( called Heel and Sole removal on the bill) cost 168$ extra. YES ONE HUNDRED AND SIXTY EIGHT DOLLARS. Four times more than the cost of the basic pedicure. These people are crooks. Avoid at all costs

    I made a reservation for me and my wife. I was confirmed for 2pm. My wife wanted a gelish mani and I wanted a mani and pedi. We arrived and were told that we couldn’t be sat together. I was ok if we were separated but instead they sat my wife on the chair and table and I was asked to sit on the couch because I had to do pedi. I think at this point they didn’t know I had already signed for the package. So I told them I didn’t come here to do the service separately from my wife and I will sit on the chair too. We completed our mani. Mid way thru the mani, my nailist was influencing another staff to force another customer to sign a package. I pity the customer as she didn’t know she was being coerced. The nailist assumed I didn’t know mandarin just because I didn’t look Chinese but that’s a huge mistake. Never judge a book by its cover. For my own therapy, my wife and I never received a hand scrub. Usually on the couch, we will receive it. At the end of the day, I never complained and let them deduct my package. But I will never sign with them again. Very judgemental staff and very underserving of the term “nail treatz”. Should change the name to “nail finish”

    Had an excellent experience here multiple times when I got express gel manicure. It’s good value for money for Singapore and great quality. Lovely staff too – would highly recommend

    I signed up a package with them in 2021 feeling pressured by the staff. Thinking I will able to save some money from the package (lower cost per sesh) but I ended up wasting more money. The quality of manicure and pedicure is not great and I was not happy with my nails. I can see lumps/ uneven color/ thick nail polish and ended up I have to remove the color and redo them in other salon after I visited this place. I still have 5 sesh under my package and I have decided to stop visiting this place completely. The girls are friendly but I don’t think they are really equips with skills and they can be very pushy selling their package. My advice is don’t sign anything with them until you try their service and happy with them after a 3rd visit. I also notice even with the package, I’m still paying much premium price compare to other salon. Really not worth signing anything with them!

    Manicure done by Eva. Color on the tip coming off within 2 days! Unacceptable! Nail polish is even more long lasting? I guess it’s due to unskillful application of top coat.

    The ladies here are super welcoming and friendly! Abigail was my therapist and she listened to all my requests. She did the pedicure in the most gentle and caring way possible. It was clean and sanitary, she even gave me a set of my own file and pedi kit because they use a new packet every time so you know its clean! I would highly recommend this place! Love the atmosphere too and not too pushy with packages, i do think their package is worth it!

    My daughter and I had a great time under the care of Sophia and Coco, who was the supervisor of the spa. They were patient and not rushing while they were working on our nails. They were very professional with us.

    When they were sharing their package deals, they were not hard selling and I appreciate that. I would consider getting one of their smaller package if I do visit Funan more often.

    I got lucky to find skilled masters. Both manicure and pedicure with gel and normal nail polish done very well. Okay prices and convenient time availability.

    Since the first time I have been going there to do my pedicure or manicure all of the staff has been very professional and friendly to meet my needs.

    The shop is also very clean especially during this pandemic season.

    Big shoutout to Eva who did my manicure recently. She advised me on my nails to apply more hand cream due to the dryness about it.

    Recommend this place if you would like to get your nails done!

    Abigail is very meticulous and gentle when it comes to handling my nails. She is very creative and has a keen eye for detail, could place my trust in her to deliver a set which I like. Definitely loves her nailart and work as they are very professional and different from what we see from other nail parlour! Last but not least I always enjoy our conversations whenever I engage her service.?
