    Nope..not going to come here ever again.
    Firstly I’m 9month pregnant and super hard selling eventho I told her No and the reason why I came here because they have this “Henna medi/pedi” that caught my interest to try, even told them everymonth I get my nails done with my therapist and just want to try their henna and relax and also pempered myself and being pressured is last thing on my mind coz im giving birth in next few days but the one doing my feet/pedicure she dnt seem to care and kept on insist of saying my feet is like the “worst” and also kept on taking my feet picture on her phone without my consent just to hard sell me with thier pakage etc. showing me price with her calculator. afterwhich it turn out I have to pay total 140 for classic medi/pedi (if not its159!!)that look like express medi/pedi and what make me more upset was its was not nicely done(anyhow do e).for $140 i can get better result elsewher.when complaint she blame it on my dry feet/heel which ridiculous coz everymonth I get perfectly done nicely trimmed and cleaned by my therapist. SimplyAnnoyed and regret coming. @Nothpoint outlet. Now I have to pay extra to get it fixed before i gave birth next few days. You guys want to hard sell ur things I dnt mind at least do it properly not half past six when someone didn’t want to take up ur pakage and left 2hr and half unattended and my back hurt real bad and what we paying is not cheap at ur end and not having to use the latest technology is ridiculous.
    Pls dnt pressured someone that genuinely want to try at ur place ever.

    Hard selling doesn’t work

    Recently, I went to one of their branches. Unfortunately, the trip was made unpleasant by the hard selling by the manicurist and the manager of the store. Previously, I had bought a package for fungal treatment after much coercion from them. In my next trip, another manicurist asked me to buy mani and pedi package which I agreed to. When I returned this time round, they tried to coerce me to get a package for a suspected ingrown nail. !!?? (But I did a session. That cost me more than $100.) I told them I had no issue with ingrown nails and I have yet encountered such problems. First try. Unsuccessful. Second Try. Unsuccessful. Third Try, Manager comes in. Unsuccessful. Final attempts, both manicurist and manager joined forces. But to no avail. I was very adamant that I had no intention to buy another package. They gave up and went to attend to the other customers immediately. And I was left alone. When I looked at one of my toes. it was not even cleaned properly. Not sure if the treatment was over, I uttered I was going off but they gave a nonchalent , almost inaudible reply. Bye.

    My verdict:
    I am going to finish the remaining package and I am not going to go back ever again.
    Even with the glowing reviews, I guess it is a thumbs down for me.

    Professional and friendly staffs, enjoy the cheerful atmosphere while getting my PACT treatment done. Thanks to Joanne for providing the great services. Definitely will recommend to others.

    Came here a few times, staffs are friendly & nice. My mani & padi can always last more than 3 weeks even is longer.. good experience with them.

    gd experience at first walk to wrong place. angela show me the right shop. Even I try first time. They treat us the same – angela & zhixin . Will come back when I nearby. No hard selling and pressure like other places,

    So u can come again. Hope boss will give more bonus and gd biz to u.

    went for Mani and Pedi service yesterday. I would say that i had a good experience on my 1st time. All the staff are friendly and approachable. The reason for not 5 stars as they can be pushy on selling their package and treatment.

    Manicurist Joeanne is full of positive energy and has wonderful suggestions. I trust her with my nails. She’s very attentive and takes good care of her customers. Summer was very careful and patient in treating the callus on my feet. I appreciate the service I’m provided when I visit Nailz Haus. They (including their manager) are also willing to listen and take a step back when told that you’re not interested in taking up a package. Thank you, ladies!

    I went to this outlet on 8 march at around 12pm. Asked the ladies at the front of the shop how much a classic pedicure cost. She answered that it will be $38. Great, i went in and joeanne attended to me. She was good but the whole shop was a mess. It was dirty and to me, unsanitary. People come to do nails expecting a nice ambience but nope, definitely not at this outlet.

    Lastly, the reason i decided to write a review was because, the price of $38 was not inclusive of gst, so i ended up paying $41.04.

    Price is not the issue here, the issue is, your staff were not being transparent. When people ask how much is the price, they are expecting to know the full actual price. Super shady, wont come back here again.

    V attentive service given by store manager Elaine and her team. Did fungus treatment and did see the slowdown in growth on 1st visit. Decided to sign a package since it seems quite effective.

    I took a package couple of years ago and the staff and service were way better. Lately, staff is not very good at their work. Half past six job done. Fly inside the shop and staff are talking to each other and they are not doing their job as they should. Definitely, not continuing my package.

    Was quite a good experience when I first visited with a friend of mine. However, the next time (2 months later) I wanted to visit them and tried to book a slot with them online, they were slow in responding/confirming and unhelpful, hence made the experience frustrating and unpleasant. I thought probably it was near to festive seasons hence the slow response but until now (more than a month later) still no response. I would give them a miss since there’s a lack of sincerity to even bother to attend to a waiting customer.

    The nails was not properly done .. I wanted to do for cny nails and yet within a night my nails broke off. It’s pretty rare to see such gelish manicure to be destroy within a day/two. When I came, it was ard 8pm. They made me felt like they are in a rush on doing my nails and I felt not pleased. They apply one coat of nails, I wanted to swop the colors of my nails just two of it, yet the person say don’t need lah, waste money. Need soak off $15…etc. I was in a confusion state but I just go along with what the nail artist has recommended. Anyway, I did not have a good experience with them.

    Salon was super clean & pleasant! Extremely happy as the staff is very meticulous and skilful with the work. It’s my first time here but will definitely come back again to do my nails!

    Hard selling by 2 sales person when seat down and also used 10mins to persuade signing pacakage when payment.

    – Skill basic, DIY art is below avg

    – Gel is not long lasting compare w other places

    – Seem not hygienic practice, didn’t sanitize the tools before use.

    Decided go for Medi + Artwork(total 6 basic) =$120+, which pretty pricey that I could paid for the same service w better skills during CNY additional charges period

    No sense of time

    Keep it short to the story:

    I made an appointment at 2pm and my treatment started at 3.11pm.

    Please tell me what is the purpose to making an appointment?

    Or is this the way I should make an appointment?

    Exp. I want to start treatment at 2pm so I need to make an appointment at 1pm and then I can come at 2pm to start the treatment on time.

    This is not the 1st time I have encountered this problem.

    Was accompanying my heavily pregnant sister to their outlet at Northpoint and did classic pedi and mani. Started off with a staff threw towel on her lap.

    She was told that her toe nail was not trimmed properly whereas it was done at their Clementi outlet the last time.

    Thereafter she was convinced to do BS ingrown treatment.

    It felt off.

    Despite having a few more sessions left (she bought their package previously), my sister was pressured into buying their additional service/ packages at the end. She declined politely initially but staffs were hard selling; they sat next to my sister (left and right) trying to convince her. They tried again, again and again after her countless No.

    Hard selling to the point of disrespecting customer’s decision is definitively not a good service rendered. Ended our what should be a ‘stress-free’ day on a bad note, it was unbelievable what they did. Not a place to patronise.

    When I first reached the outlet, one of the staffs threw the towel on my lap which I find it unprofessional and rude but I did not react to it instead I put the towel at the side. My chair was not been pulled nearer to the sink so I had to stretch my legs in and I wanted to pull the chair myself but was stopped by my sister because I’m heavily pregnant and my sister emphasised that I should get help from the staff. My sister had to call them to help me with it.

    While doing the pedicure, I was told my toes require BS ingrown nail treatment, i was hesitant at first but i tried one toe first and then the other, after they convince me of the results. Mind you, the services i experienced today was not as good as old times, the manicurist did my nails not as what I expected. The cleanliness of the outlet is also not well maintained.

    However towards the end of the session, they hardsell their package to me when I refused to get due to financial issue. I felt uneasy and discomfort by their hardselling ..all the staffs surrounded me and try to convince me to buy the package. I was there with my sister for a relaxing and pampering session but it was so uncomfortable and awkward at the end.

    I have a few more sessions left but I don’t look forward to come down every time due to this hardselling services by the staffs. I have bought packages worth thousands(added few hundreds whenever i visited their outlet). I just want to complete the sessions I bought and never extend any package/session. I hope the staffs will respect customers’ rights and decision instead of hardselling their products or package.
