    Did my Inai manicure with them and the therapist, Ayumi, did a fantastic job on my nails. Inai is not like OPI nail colour so it takes a detailed expert to apply it and the end result was so beautiful!!! I’m so happy and will definitely come again. Suggest you top up for them to clean and buff your nails so your inai will look smooth when applied. I am a very happy customer and will be a regular customer. ?

    Excellent service, staff are very friendly and knowledge. They helped to solve my callus problem on my feet within a couple of sessions. Worked so well and fast.

    The service is good. The lady who attended to me was kind too. Just that the gel nails removal is at a pricey side. Cost me 20. She tried to sell me the package however im planning to go back to my previous saloon. So she was ok when i said no. Consider no hard selling which i like and recommend.

    One of the best saloon I’ve been. Service tip top. Staff Sally and Evelyn did a wonderful service. Did not also force me to sign for package. They were so patient with me as I’m particular about my colours.

    This post is very misleading as it says “soak off your CNY nails & get a new set of gelish manicure” but I was charged another $15 to soak off my CNY nails, and was told the soak off is for return soak off, total bill was charge $45 plus GST. Please take note if you are going to book for it ?

    I booked appointment but unfortunately there wasn’t any respond then i came to the shop personally and there isn’t any customer not even a single one but the staff get my name but said they can’t do the service as my name wasn’t on the list. So disappointing and all the staff are not friendly and just sitting and chatting.

    Went with my sisters for the mani and pedi services. Quality was ok, but they keep selling me the packages which I had to repeatedly declined. They did the same to my sisters but started whispering to them when they notice I was looking at them.

    I was the last one to finish and after leaving, I realised one of my sister had been pressured into purchasing a package from them of which she does not even know the details of. Checked her invoice and there was no details written also. She also commented that the treatment hurts her feet.

    I am appalled at their selling tatics and hope everyone beware.

    Staff named Evelyn was rude and unhelpful. She seems unwilling to provide the extra service and kept telling us everything was not possible.

    Other staff were friendly and nice, who provided quality service. Would recommend to specify your manicurist just to be safe and for good service experience

    Very friendly team and wide range of colours to choose from… Worth the cost and must try..

    Only reason for 4 star is that, the seats could be little bit comfy..

    Always enjoyed my time at Nailz haus the staff here are always friendly, efficient and professional, I will always look for them whenever I’m here to do my monthly treatment. Highly recommended. ???

    Promotions only for people above 21, very back end company, don’t they know that many teens these days like to do manicure and pedicure services? Age discrimination. Youngsters below 21, please avoid this place, you are not welcomed there!!!!! ?

    Very professional and friendly manicurist. No hard selling at all. Place is very comfortable and clean.

    Wanted to do nail art and showed them what i want they say my nail is too small and i asked them what they reccomend and they couldnt suggest anything. Require a top up for everything (e.g. 2 colour or matte), staff keep selling package, came out without getting what i wanted at all and spending much more than the promo
