    Great service from Mimi. Mimi attended to my cracked heels and recommended me Callus Treatment. After much effort from her, both my feet healed tremendously. Her service is very detailed and she doesn’t rush through all the process. She even helps my girl with her fungal infection on her toes. Mimi is a very friendly and nice girl. Would recommend her to my friends too!

    An extremely unpleasant experience. I’m an individual who never leave a negative review cause it takes up precious time & energy. But the terrible impression left by the service employees affected me a lot to feel the need for this brutally honest review.

    Encountering a disrespectful service crew is the worst. Despite being a paying customer, the nail tech continuously complained about removing my gel nails, treating me as a complete inconvenience rather than a valued client. Statements made by her in Chinese: “wa I’m a going to take forever to remove your gel nails. Damn thick. $20 very hard to earn.” I’m typically the most chill and unbothered customer but her rude and unfriendly treatment is not okay. Moreover, the gel soak off wasn’t even done professionally. She literally just filed every single nails off without using proper acetone to care for my nails at the end. Having visited other genuine nail salons before, this standard is far from behind. It’s exactly jb’s standard, except removal is free while I paid $20 here. No wonder my nails are unhealthy and crying for help. There are boundaries between customer and service staff and she crossed it. Go do something else if you can’t handle service jobs. Complaining about your job to customers is not part of the package. I paid you to get the job done, not listening to your incompetencies.

    Additionally, the continuous hard-selling tactics and uncomfortable comments about my nails and personal hygiene significantly diminished the value for money. The constant uncomfortable comments about “my nails (both fingers & toes) being unhealthy” was because “I had poor personal hygiene”. Did I hear wrongly? Who are you to state a misrepresentation of my personal habits based on a few minutes of cleaning and judging my feet?? Also, the “toenails full of fungus” went overboard. Letting customers be aware of it once/twice is enough. No, it was on repeat throughout the whole service. How to relax? I want to cry. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service greatly affected my satisfaction with the salon. The staff is also not true to their classic pedicure service as no hot towels and massage were served to me. I did a well informed research before deciding to go this seemingly ‘prestigious nail salon’ around Jurong east area. Turns out to be a big disappointment. I walked out quietly with zero arguments in store because I no longer trust them.

    In all honesty, if the two nail techs were serving themselves instead of me. I wonder how much they would rate themselves. 5 stars for the same service and treatment I’ve received? I beg your pardon.

    Unfortunately, despite the nice and cozy environment branding created by the organisation, the front-line service employees (as the core part of the brand) will only continue to ruin this perfect image and chase new customers away. Goodbye to customer retention. Times have changed.

    I bought a package here. The environment is cosy which i like but everytime i did my pedicure they will commented on my ‘fungus’ big toe nail. Im treating it but cannot be healed overnight right. It’s kinda annoying when they point it out all the time.

    My pedicurist is Jasmine, she is always super kind and patience. She did my pedicure very well, thumbs up! ?? Overall all of them is very friendly n nice, no hard selling..just introduced wat is best n suit u, n if u hav no budget, they r fine wit it. Definitely wil recomend more frs to come over. Comfort and joyful environment, luv it.

    Extremely wonderful service!! All the nail artists are so nice, talented, professional and detailed. The packages are value for money considering the high quality of their services. Definitely will be a returning customer!

    I came to the salon 30 minutes before their closure (walk-in) but the service staff were so accommodating and friendly to take up my express gel mani removal and color change request. We had a good conversation during the service and they extended over 20 minutes post closing! Really want to give this review to commend their service! Thank you!

    Called up to book appointment. Was insulted by the staff who answered my called. Not local. Asking me if i can pay or not as the price is like this ..! I felt terribly insulted!

    The Westgate branch feels cozy. Kat was my nail gal and she took care of me. Told me what’s up with my nails and I got a shine from her for free!

    I enjoy my medi pedi service in their store.

    They explained their package with me but no forcing me to take. I feel comfortable with their service.

    Rubi and Nat were amazing, their service were top notch. Nat did my pedicure and was very meticulous, she cleaned it so well and now looked amazing. Rubi was equally good, and amazing doing my manicure. Had a lovely time talking to the ladies and no hard selling at all. Will definitely come again! My sister had her pedicure with May Sin and had an amazing experience as well, super meticulous, clean and experienced. WILL DEFINITELY COME AGAIN!

    paid $70 for buffed nails but they buff not shiny. its all buffed matte eventho i request for a high shine buff. tried to hard sell manicure packages

    Rubee service is very good, I like how she served me with gentle and care as it was my first time doing pedicure. Guide me through the process and Rubee was very friendly.

    walked in as my nails was chipped during my last visit in other nail salons and Hani served me and helping me to do my manicure gently. she was friendly and I hope that my nails don’t chip off so easily again haha! good experience and will be back again doing nail arts the next round ? thank you hani !
