    Tiffany skill very good & very friendly, after do my nails look nice & clean. She do very carefully I really satisfied with her service ???

    The staffs tried very hard to befriend you and when it was time to make payment they became very pushy in asking you to take up the package and when 1 staff fails the others join in too. Just to make sure you really take up the package before leaving the shop. Supposed to be a relaxed session but instead everything became very stressed up eventually. 🙁

    I bought fav voucher. Padi & Medicare was very so-so. Dead skin below nails wasn’t trimmed, only cleared what you can see at a glance from top view. There was enough time for doing a good job since I omitted nail colours/gel.

    I am someone who has been doing nails for past 17yrs and from my heart, I never manage to keep the nail colour posh and nice for almost 1 month. Ah Ni from Nail Gallery really does excellent job. She is no doubt a GEM ? in this industry ❤️ I really have to post this to compliment her good work!

    Poor and rude services from the manicurist and the cashier. I regretted stepping my foot in this place. You’ve been warned.

    Service is okay.. Shop is clean and the chair are comfortable… I saw the staff thoroughly sanitized the station after one customer left, so no doubt about hygiene…
    A bit of hard selling though… We bought 6 mani pedi (classic) package… Every time we visit, the staff told us to top up one thing or another… One Pedicurist is very good with ingrown toenail but I didn’t get her name… Next visit we were served by different Pedicurist and she did not dare to do deep cut for ingrown toenail.. So you really need to ask for good Pedicurist…

    The manicurists weren’t paying attention because they were talking among themselves so much and filed my left thumb nail too deep that it got me hurting for days. Will not recommend you to go for their service. In the end, they didn’t even offer any form of compensation or discount despite their mistake and I still paid the full amount $166.92 for both my manicure and pedicure. Lesson learnt. Will not be back again.

    Did their gel manicure promotion with free soak off. Gel manicure was good and lasted for the two weeks+ I had it. Problem was with the removal. All they did was use a machine to scrape off the gel and applied cuticle oil and this service is supposedly $20? No acetone soak off or anything. My nails are extremely brittle right now and very soft. I’ve done gel manicures before and their removal has never left my nails the way this one has. Very disappointed.

    Definitely not coming back. The nail parlour recommended me to do the foot treatment, I refused. Then she just anyhow finishes the treatment without doing a proper dead skin removal.

    They usually do not like it when you say NO when they upwelling you.

    Strongly not recommend.

    Good services extend to me. She is careful during my treatment of fungus. She did a good job. Nicole is a warm and bubbly person. Nice to chit chat and honest in business dealings. Keep up the good work and services rendered to customer .

    Paid a super overpriced $70+ including gst for their classic gel manicure and the paint chipped off in 4 days even though the staff said that the gel can last for a month. Staff are very pushy and keep telling me to buy their package. Do not recommend!

    Yesterday ,Sunday afternoon I visited Nailz Gallery at J8 and had a very satisfying pedi and mani experience . The staff and the manager Ms Niicole are professionally good , understanding and thoughtful . The service are really very good and there is no hard selling. I am very happy with their patience and good service that I had signed a package to continue the support and I am looking forward to go for their service again . Thank you so much

    Visit at your own risk! A store with no integrity in price & services. Learnt a costly classic single coated pedicure today, 29 January 10.30am.

    Made cny appointment 1 week in advance after confirming the nett price for classic pedi for 29 January to be $58 excluding gst. I was told non cny was $38 excluding gst which I thought was reasonable to pay $20 ‘surcharge’ for cny.

    The pedicurist asked me if I would like use sea salt for my foot bath (without telling me it would be an added cost), even suggest to use ‘medicated’ foot spray to smoothen my foot bump. All these were added cost without telling me out front. I had to ask.

    That’s not all. Upon payment, I realised they wete charging an additional $30 cny surcharge to the already cny factored classic pedicure price of $58++. In total I paid $50 cny surcharge. My classic pedi (with no designs n single coat of normal non-premium colour) ended up costing me $102.70 with gst and cny surcharge of $30 on top of already cny factored price of $58. Price enough to get me a gelish pedicure during this cny at other shops.

    Never, would I ever visit this store, or related outlet, ever again. Would share my experience with all my friends & relatives.

    Tried it for the first time. Quite disappointed i must say, didnt really do a clean job and I have an ingrown nail on my toe which still hurt a bit and i wanted them to remove it out but they say they couldnt do it? My first such accounter. Nail polish wasnt applied cleanly either. Lucky I got the promotion price, would not come here again.

    Wen Wen was very helpful and professional. She even gave advice on which nail colour to choose based on my skin tone. Greatly satisfied with her service! ?
