    Very unpleasant experience, I used my paid fave voucher for their classic Gel Nail service. The staff was not patient with me once they know I’m using a ‘voucher’. I’m still paying for the service, and end up they treating me differently from other normal paid customers. The way

    The Gel nail falls off quickly after a few days of the service. NOT SATISFIED with the whole experience ?

    0 stars for this. Employees were quick to dismiss your choice of colour and design, and keep wanting to end the session quickly by simply making suggestions. The work done on my nails were messy and slipshod. Their “excuse” was that they are very busy and there’s only 2 of them. We made an appointment, I don’t even mind if they took 2 hours, (the entire thing was delayed coz they were so “packed”).. if you are so tied up and have no time to properly work on a client then don’t accept an appointment. I walked away not doing my manicure, but they still shamelessly charge you fees for cleaning the nails.

    Impeccable service from the team at Nailz Gallery CWP. Have been with them for a while! Ivy and Sarah stood out with their vast knowledge in Nail painting. They never fail to impress me with new colour combination every single time. Highly recommend you to look for these ladies!

    it is very rare I do mani and pedi but decided to step in Nailz Gallery for my wedding. the service from Kelly and her team impressed me. they are professional and super friendly! helped me with color selected as well. highly recommended!

    Bad poor service

    Cheated customer money not a worth to do your nails here

    Guys better be careful with them they will force you sign up their membership all their customers from Vietnam ?? can’t speak English I have a bad experience with them

    This is my favourite place for manicures and pedicures in Singapore! The staff is nice and their mani/pedis last longer than most. Excellent service for value. Highly recommend.

    Being with Naiiz Gallery for almost 4 years plus, was serviced by Kelly since she was previously from Hougang Mall and now in Causeway Point, like her service and always feel so neat and clean on my nails when walk out from the shop.

    I got a great pedicure and

    Excellent Pedicure. One of the best I’ve had anywhere. The staff are amazing, courteous, and professional. Not rushed, meticulous, knowledgeable, pleasant and polite and most of all: hygienic.

    Strongly recommended.
