    Got charged $134.82 for gelish soak off, classic mani and pedi. That’s daylight robbery. Will never patronise this shop again. The prices are ridiculous.

    Their services are very good…the extension manicure is also the oval shape I want…the removal of dead skin and the pedicure is also clean…no hard selling

    Can recommend!

    她们的服务很好…接长美甲也是我要的椭圆形…而且剪死皮很修脚也干净…没有强推销

    I’ve been patronise this Nailz Shop since 2018. And was attended by Venice & Nicky all these while. Very happy & satisfied with their service despite my last min request (sometimes). They have been very patience towards my request and requirement which is highly appreciated. I highly recommend to go for AMK Branch outlet and approach either one of them. Thank you Nailz Gallery for having goods staffs.

    State $98 gel classic mani n pedi promotion but end up adding $$$$$ for additional incl soak off, scrubbing of foot which should be included in classic pedi which the manicurist say no…scrubbing will be $88 for classic gelish pedi excluding mani…incl will be $156. So wheres the promo…its total scam for shoppers…consumers pls be cautious….amk hub nailz gallery 2nd level…..pls chk on the promo before committing…there are many additional charges involved ….feel cheated

    I was serviced by Venice, at AMK Hub, for a classic pedicure. She was experienced and did a very good pedicure for almost 2hours. She was friendly, patient and understanding. She introduced good deals and did not force me into taking packages. Good ambience and message chair as well.

    i went there last sunday to avail their gel mani and pedi promotion. i was very satisfied on the pedicure but with the manicure, the manicurist kept on cutting my cuticle till it bleed! the bad part is, after ONLY 3 days, my gel nail polish already starting to peel off! i paid $130+ ‘coz of some additional and surprisingly got GST as well. i really called and complain and asked me to come at a working hours timing. hoping the gel nail polish will be better once i come back to redo my nails.

    update after a week of the redo:
    so i went back and Venice was very accommodating. She also did my nails and i am glad with her service. my nails are still in good condition even after a week.

    Venice is my manicurist as my friend intro me.Her service is the best ~ But if u are very clueless what to do for your wedding let her freestyle for you. I really give alot thumb up to her??

    Venice is my manicurist since harbourfront days. Have been with her since 2017. Her service is the best ~ knows what u want even if u tell her vaguely. Very patience. But if u are very clueless or indecisive ~ give the reins to her~ let her freestyle for you. ?

    I am serviced by Nicky, and shes super nice and kind! During the whole manicure sessions, she was so patient and listen to what kind of nails i wanted. Not only that she even recommended me some really nice nail polish colour. The overall experience served by her was comfortable and nice! I would come again for her service!

    Don’t come. Go in at your risk. Tell me pedicure at $32 discounted for me coz I requested for no nail painting. Even took off my shoes for them to see and she saw that I had a bit of gelish leftover from 4 months ago but never say need to add on any charge and agree to $32. At the end, then tell me got soak off charge and charged me $6. Fine. Then at the nets payment, suddenly tell me need GST charge. So become $40plus. What a rip off. And kept hardselling me, halfway say my skin too thick need add on $38 for a solution to soften it which I declined a few times. Then kept asking me to sign package. Was going to intro my friend to this at first but now No thanks.

    Update: bleeding after she cut my toenails…still look like this the next day.
