    Went there December last year believing the good reviews. I’m leaving this review not to bring them down but to balance it out so others will go with realistic expectations. I received mani+pedi totalling to about 100$+. It’s a rip-off compared to the service and skill.

    1) The salon is completely Chinese speaking and expects you to do the same. After knowing that I couldn’t speak, they proceeded to talk about me in Chinese while doing my nails. I felt completely humiliated in front of the other customer who were glancing at me knowing that they talked behind my back.

    2) Didn’t let me approve the colours before proceeding with the curing. I selected the colours but didn’t know how it’d look on my nails. But the lady proceeded with everything very fast (whole process she was talking non-stop with the other girl doing my pedi) I didn’t want to spend too much time there so didn’t say anything. I hated the colour and went to another salon to redo it.

    3) The other salon i went to redo my nails kept asking where i got my nails done before. She said that the technician’s skill was amateur level and didn’t even remove my cuticles. And the gel was tearing out because it wasn’t applied properly.

    Interior was cozy and clean, Christmas decor and music was up, giving a nice festive and relaxing mood. Easy booking and reminder service online. Staff communication is good.

    My first visit to the outlet which referred by my friend. We had a wonderful afternoon at the place. Received excellent service from Hui Hui and Niko. The outlet is simple interior yet neat, tidy and clean, feel like having exclusive nail polish service at home. Thank you!

    I saw lots of good reviews so made an appointment for my daughter. She says it was a pleasant experience and very happy with her nails. We’ll definitely go back soon.

    paid $38 for express gel mani. didn’t clean up, even for a bit. some shops that i paid $18 for express gel will do a bit of clean up around the cuticle area, but not them. not really an impressive work, a little messy.

    A hidden unexpected find unearthed by word of mouth. Excellent service with pleasant staff and ambience. On top of that, Niu Niu, the manager, is an expert with lines (I love abstract nails) and willing to discuss with you possibilities. The colour palette available is also pretty extensive with polishes from your usuals as well as Korean polishes! ? As a cherry on top, no hard selling is a policy here!! A rarity and this means you come back not because you’re obligated but because you know they are good. And they are willing to put their worth to the test, every single time.

    Walked-in visit the store and tried Men’s pedicure service. Because I was bothering hard heel. I believe I choose a proper shop to fix the hard heels. The staff is kind and service quality is much to my expectation. Thanks to their nice heel care I can fix the hard heel problem. Definitely, I will revisit bi-weekly and recommend visiting my wife:)

    Went to Nails Actually with 2 broken nails and came out with strong, solid and well manicured ones. Niu Niu and her team did such a great job – gentle, detailed, great recommendation of colours/ design but most importantly they salvaged my nails and restored them back! It’s such a cosy shop with great vibes. Definitely a keeper and will visit regularly from now onwards 🙂

    Went in for a quick pedicure without having an appointment. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Found out they also do waxing. Will be returning soon for that service. Great experience and happy with results.

    Staffs are very friendly and professional.

    Did brazilian waxing, manicure and pedicure with them. Have enjoyed their services so far.
    Special shoutout to Niu Niu and Miko who have helped me to with my waxing and manicure all these while.
