Stemming from a passion for great manicures, pedicures and all-rounded nail care, the chain came into existence in 2002 with the mission of providing holistic solutions for nails and beauty. We have since become the go-to solution for nail care with 28 locations all over Singapore. Presently, Nail Palace is home to more than 150 professional nail technicians and on top of that, proudly boasts a vast well of experience spanning close to 20 years.

    My gel mani would peel and chip within 2 weeks. They also thinned out my finger nails when trying to remove my gel polish when they over-filed my nails. I hate that every time I visit, I would be pressured into buying a package, or additional treatment. Despite being told that I’m not interested, they would continue to hard sell. Why is it so hard to just let the client enjoy a decent, peaceful mani/pedi session without trying to juice them?

    1. Promo posters are not real upon asking of its availability yet they still post the banner.

    2. Nail tech prefers chinese speaking client.

    3. Nail tech hates me so much that when i requested for her to just file my nails she has already set some cuts that we’re
    not noticeable at first but after a few hours started cracking and falling off.

    4. insanely expensive but lacks quality. nails left with uneven length.

    Told them thrice that for this appointment , I want to do express mani and pedi. First time on the phone, second time when I approach the front desk and third time when staff want to pass me colour chart for choosing. Staff says okay and then proceeds to get her colleague to do classic pedi for me. Fortunately I emphasised again that I am just getting express mani before the second staff starts. Limited normal nails colours also. I think this is just their standard SOP to upsell the clients. Pretend not to hear and then carry on.

    Staff are also not pleasant looking. A few overweight, old and not to forget the constant nagging of getting a package towards me and the clients around me.

    I take it as an experience of how all these big nail parlour chains operates as a whole in SG. Otherwise, how to survive in a mall? ?

    Poor management. My friend’s friend passed me the package. The staff recommended me to put the card with them as it could transfer to my name. A few months later, they said they were unable to find the card. They called the owner and the manager recommended me not to use the package anymore.

    The package was fully paid. This is how they earned money.

    I came to nail palace for first time as I had a 30$ voucher. But I was so disappointed with the service and lack of value for money.

    A classic pedicure cost 43$ and it is just not worth it. Almost everything is a extra top up (basic massage, or a scrub or even a top coat)

    Rather goto Nailz hauls which is opposite this place for a much better service and value for money.

    And after such disappointment, the woman is convincing me hard to buy package / additional service. To the point I told her that this place is terrible and I would never come back again and then she finally stopped.

    DO NOT FALL into their TRICKY promotion!

    You will end up paying triple the price that was advertised. Very unpleasant service. Never come to this place! They cheated other people money! Shameful!

    Unable to enjoy the manicure service peacefully. Staff kept pushing to sell their packages despite several rejections. V.annoying

    Made me wait 30 minutes & served 2 other customers who came after me, before getting me a manicurist. The manicurist did not do a good job, poorly trained. The towels had stains, the nail job was badly done. She was very rough when filing my nails. She did not paint my nails well, the paint job was super bumpy & she rushed through the whole job. She shaped my nails unevenly & they kept hard selling their packages even though I told them, this was a one off thing. Also clearly scammer all the aunties who do not properly understand the packages. Terrible place, do not come here.

    Very pushy and hard sell… will always tell you to sign or continue your package. Told them i am not intending to extend my package, they tried at least 5 more times after that to convince me in a pushy manner..makes me feel very uncomfortable..

    Extremely bad management that force staff to constantly hard-sell products and purchase add-on to original packages. Staffs are very rude, using criticizing methods to push you to upgrade treatment and even commented that it was a waste of their time when my mum asked to remove the nail polish which was damaged because they fail to make sure that it was fully dry before asking her to wear her heels. Nail paint was part of her package, so why was it a waste of time when its part of the package???? Mani/pedicure should be a relaxing peaceful session….not the case for this place…
