    Scam! I came a mth ago & signed a pkg 1.5K & thats after minus Atome $300 discount for 5 sessions. Today went to do gel for both hand & feet. Was told to do “layering” due to nails too short. Had confirmed with staff its deducting from package. End up ask me to buy $688 credit! Day light robbery. I refused & was told to pay $117 even though at counter i related story again that i was told deductible from pkg. This is not the way to do business. Some people will say “money is not the matter”. To me, money IS the matter. I had confirmed before proceeding. This is so unethical and dishonest. Come on! Give me a break scammers. 1st time visit signed up 1.8K 2nd visit ask me sign again $688. What kind of shop is this? These are the shops that give service industry a real bad name. Hard sell and dishonest. Just like another NAIL PALACE. Disappointing and shameful practice.

    Do not recommend at all.

    Hardselling of their “packages” and top up of money value at a discount. Once bought, they will keep asking you to top up more each time you come in.

    Inconsistent quality of nail services. See attached photos of my terribly shaped nail extensions.

    Terrible eyebrow embroidery which I paid about $1600 for. See pic attached of my before and after eyebrows. Staff claimed can remove previous eyebrow tattoo and reshape my eyebrow. But end up i have two eyebrow ends now. I paid only $300 for my previous eyebrow embroidery at a different place and it was a million times better.

    Already emailed for refund but no response.

    I have been to other nail parlours, however N20 stands out for me. All the therapists I have encountered have good knowledge and skills not only in aesthetics but also in nail treatment. No doubt most nail treatments are expensive, however I trust their judgement because I know the therapists will recommend treatment best suited for my condition rather than just for profit.

    The vibe in Tampines in joyful. There is good teamwork. I see that the therapists enjoy their work & they provide each service in a meticulous manner.

    My last treatment was with Lily (pedicure) & Kaili(manicure). They are both fantastic.

    Upsell a lot and will ask you to add things. Ended up paying 88 dollars for a base coat.

    Realise they have a 38 and a 88 dollar option thereafter.

    If you want to add do remember to ask the price◡̈

    Have been coming here for more than a year, and it’s been a breath of fresh air! Stellar service, friendly staff, quality nails. I’m so glad I bought and renewed my package here 🙂

    I went awhile back but writing here because This company is just such a scam and really lousy customer service to be honest.

    I purchased a 2 sessions voucher on fave. The first time, staff didn’t try to make small talk at all just a woman who hardly even looked me in The Eye or smiled. The 2nd time they were suddenly friendly. Nail service was fine, not lousy but wasn’t great either, my gel colour on the thumb came off the next day. Even though I topped up 15 bucks for some “make your nails thicker” coating.

    After I was done with the session, the lady tried to sell me their promo package for 6 sessions. I said I can’t I don’t want. Then she proceeded to ask me to get 5, I said no. She said 4 I said no and then she was like 3 so I conceded??? And it’s not even cheap it’s still $400. Can I just add, they didn’t even tell me the price after gst too. This is real hard sell man. I ended up buying this stupid package that was not even a great deal too.

    I contemplated for a few weeks but never touched the package. Because they only told me to sign to acknowledge that no refunds are allowed AFTER I paid for the package. And AFter all that hard selling. I finally decided to email their customer service to politely get a refund but they kept saying it’s a no refund policy even though I didn’t touch this new package. Halfway through the emails the lady was still able to tell me actually after 5 days from purchase if I decided to get a refund it would still be possible. But now it’s too late.

    I am leaving Singapore to move to another country this weekend. I called again yesterday to ask if they could do a refund because I won’t be coming back to Singapore to get my nails done? I would be seeing my family instead. They still said no we can’t refund. This is lousy bad horrible service that just wants to gobble up peoples money and not review it based on different scenarios. And their staff literally are such hard sellers so forceful, didn’t let me pay my $15 and allow me to go, just kept asking me to buy first.

    Bought a Fave voucher, $28+ for gel mani + classic pedi. A bit of hardselling to top up for this and that, but I rejected and there was no issues. I’m quite pleased with my experience and I love my nails (the are very sparkly in person). Didn’t experience any pain or discomfort. Pedicurist took her time to clean off all the dead skin and cuticles. Manicurist was really great too and she tried to build on the glitter without making my nails too chunky.

    They didn’t make any small talk with me, which is good because I got to relax. Salon is clean and tidy. Overall good experience.

    dont even wanna rate a single star!

    cause is 1st time , so decide to buy a shopback voucher just for a new try cause is near to my living place.

    super duper bad experience, i like to keep my nails long , but too bad one of my nails broken so i decide to ask for extension don’t mind paying extra S$28 just for single fingernail

    already mentioned several time dont cut my other nails too short , but the staff still cut very short, and also the length and shape of every fingernails different! OMG I have to attend wedding this week

    I have done just single glitter colour , but the staff done is with super duper tick. Its make my entire hand look so fat and round

    Not even 3days its start to make my hair stuck and break.

    Regret to do my nails here , although the voucher is not expensive

    Voucher+extension total $46+ , I just soak it off not even 1 week and done with another shop only $28 but extra prettier.

    still dare to hardsell all the package at last , definitely not coming back to this shop and brand again

    spoilt my nails also my mood , won’t recommend friends to this brand too

    Nail technicians are attentive and friendly, making sure you are comfortable too.

    Tampines branch is perhaps the newest, as furniture still look clean and comfortable. I had also visited Plaza Singapura branch, and their sofas are just really worn and stained, due time for a change of seatings and chairs to look more sanitary.

    SUCHA BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! I bought voucher from FAVE. They didn’t even indicate that per day there’s a maximum redemption at the store. I call and made appointment, they didn’t ask me about any vouchers. and when I reach my appointment, they didn’t accept me . They want to make new appointments when I already there at the store! So disappointing!!!! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!

    I changed my review from 3 to 1 star. Definitely not coming to this nail salon anymore. Have reviewed before that i am not happy with the hardselling and all. My last visit with them they still try to hardsell again. Tbh. The service is not even good, nail color isn’t as lasting as other salons, and it just feels like everytime they are talking among themselves, in vietnamese or thai whatsoever language. Not feeling very welcoming at all for me to want to continue my package.

    Do they seriously think they are doing a good job in their service that their customers will want to top up with them? I still have 2 sessions but I don’t even wanna come back.

    Service was okay at first and did not buy a package because it was out of my budget (fave voucher). Noticed a bit of sting towards the end but brushed it off because it might be from the UV lights. (Don’t have much experience with getting nails done)

    Make your own judgement with the picture attached. This is day three.

    Karen assisted me with my manicure today. Very friendly, efficient and pleasant experience. She asked for my preferred style and even answered all my queries. Very fast job as well, nails cut, shaped and coloured in 1 hour. She even gave me a hand and shoulder massage which i really enjoyed haha. Would recommend to find Karen for appointments!

    Hard selling, staff quoted price exclude GST. Foot filing was just not even ideal. Of u feedback, their staffs will look at you.

    Tried gel manicure and classic pedicure. I had a fave coupon. They did try to sell packages but no hard selling. Pleasant experience and Overall good service
