    Never thought I would try a facial before but I was recommended by a friend to try Moza. I didn’t know what treatment to do and was recommended to do the Skin Gems + That’s Incred Peel after a quick facial analysis. I didn’t get the name of my aesthetician but she was so gentle and professional when explaining the treatment and its processes. The entire treatment was so peaceful that I think I dozed off for a bit.

    Would highly recommend to come here if you want to pamper yourself and have some peaceful me time 🙂 (Best part is that there was no hard-selling and everything was so professional)

    I look forward to getting another facial from them again

    I came at 740pm just to buy a product for my daughter and these 2 ladies were chatting away.No greetings and simply cannot be bothered attitude telling me “but we are close already “.Everthing is close.”Its 740!!!!Your store close at 8pm!!!

    Following up on the above, Moza Aesthetics made an excellent service recovery. I love how the product brightens & protects my daughter’s skin. Kudos to MOZA Aesthetics!

    I’m still a starter, I’ve never thought I would ever need to do facial or visit any aestheticians, my face was breaking out so badly when i first visited Moza Aesthetics. My face now got better with the care from Ain, my aesthetician. With her care, it helps me to see the positive progress with my skin. She will ensure I am comfortable and she is very gentle with her touch! I look forward for every appointment I booked!

    Booked a Glass Skin facial in June for July. Was reminded of my appointment 24hours the actual appointment. Proceeded to my appointment at my allotted timeslot and date and filled up all necessary forms. Then the therapist informed me that the price of the Glass Skin facial has increased from $128 to $228 since I made my booking a few weeks ago. Every business has a right to decide on their prices, of course but I should have been told when they gave me a WhatsApp reminder the day before. So I made my way down to Far East, only to be told that the facial I wanted was now $100 more expensive than when I booked it for. The therapist was pleasant and apologetic and offered me to have a look at the other treatments but the management, not informing before I made my way down, is unacceptable. I’m sure nobody, including the therapists, would like this to happen to them either. It’s really a waste of my time and effort.

    It was recommended to me by a friend and I had a really great facial session here at Moza Aesthetics. Pleasant service, fairly affordable prices and amazing ambiance. I’ll definitely return for more frequent facials.

    I had acne since I was 16 and decided to try out MOZA Aesthetics as it was recommended by a relative. When we stepped into the shop, the staffs were very welcoming and friendly and the place was very sanitary and clean. Since it was my first ever facial treatment, I didnt know which treatment I should go for. I was served by therapist Izzaty and she analyzed my skin concerns and recommended the Spotless Reputation treatment without hard selling. She was extremely gentle and careful with my skin and advised on how I can improve my skincare routine. Bonus points for the head and shoulder massage hehehe. My skin felt so rejuvenated and soft after the treatment! I will most definitely come back for a second appointment. Keep up the good work ladies❤️
