    Mandy was very professional with her job. I whatsapp her at 4.45pm to check if I can come after 5pm to purchase 1 pack of mask. Mandy waited for me despite her knock off hour on Sunday. A big thumbs up for her professional attitude towards her work. Thanks, Mandy.

    I wish to give a dedicated long positive feedback on Dr Michael Lim for his meticulous work and attention to details, having to clean up the shoddy work and mess by Dr Seow Weibin On 28 Feb 2024, I went to Mode Aesthetics at JEM outlet. I was told by Dr Seow that my remaining filler left in the package was not sufficient and for eye filler, I need another brand called Ellanse instead of the usual HA filler which would not be as lasting, in Dr Seow’s words. As it was my first time trying Dr Seow’s skills, I took his advice and upgraded to this more costly filler, which has 4 units for the same price compared to 6 units of HA fillers.

    Firstly, he did not mark out on my face at all before injecting. He injected very fast and did not prompt his patients at each step of injection and what he did, unlike Dr Lim. At the end of the procedure, he overfilled and he assured me that I need a week or so to let the filler set. Hence I waited. Days passed, then weeks. I whatsapped my photo progress and disappointment to the outlet and my anger just built up especially when I made another visit to speak to Dr Seow, who nonchalantly told me I can easily dissolve it with filler Hyalase. What an unethical attitude! He might as well fill my whole eyes until it bulges before he Hyalased them and burn my money! Not only that, I was left with unsightly bulges which people asked if I am lacking sleep. Who in the right mind would go to an aesthetic clinic to uglify themselves instead of beautify themselves? All my holiday photos had bulges and I had to edit them!! I was never uglier! I felt even uglier when I smile because the bulge will be even more pronounced!

    Although the outlet had done service recovery and I went back to Dr Lim (despite their good reviews about Dr Seow which led me to switching to him to try), this one single horrifying experience with ONE doctor left me traumatised. I do not even know if I should even try Ellanse with the better doctor, Dr Lim, in the near future.

    So much for an incompetent and complacent Dr Seow who did not even seem remorseful or wrong about what he did, merely to be brushed off with “not to worry, we can Hyalase it anyway” crappy reply. This is akin to cheating customers who are told to purchase and then need another procedure to undo it.

    To my horror, Dr Lim actually informed me that it not advisable for people to use Ellanse on the eye area! To make matters worse, Hyalase may or may not even work on Ellanse. So I can only hope, pray and wait! Makes me wonder if Dr Seow is even a certified doctor with the right skill sets and knowledge. Wonder how many victims out there who did not speak up like I do. Super utterly dismayed and disappointed with Dr Seow! Never will I ever go to any clinic who hires him!

    Miss Jessy and Dr. Elaine are very friendly and professional. The treatment is worth and effective. I’m happy with the result . The laser treatment improved my skin tone.

    Enjoy my treatment-Alma laser & derma-shine with therapist Aico. I like her facial massages and her jovial personality. The sales consultant is not pushy.

    I would like to commend Aico for her professionalism and friendliness. Being my first time doing hair removal, I was pretty nervous but she chatted with me throughout the session and patiently answered all my queries. The session was pretty much pain-free too. Would definitely recommend their service to those who want to try out hair removal.

    Special thanks to the therapist Aico& the receptionist Mandy, they are very professional and helpful.

    I had a very good facial session with therapist Aico on 4 May 2021. I don’t know why it took me this long to get a facial but it was an AMAZING experience. Aico did an outstanding job. From start to finish it was flawless and smooth process. She was very kind, and knowledgeable of what she was doing. I highly recommend the facial by Aico. I will be back to use her service again.

    Additionally, I was also super impressed with the care and attention I received at my facial appointment on 11 May 2021. Therapist Yin Yin welcomed me in with a friendly smile. First Impressions count so much! Yin Yin is truly Great! She was very tentative and thorough on explaining with detail what she was doing and what products she was using on my face. I felt relaxed and at ease. I was pretty impressed with the final result. My face have never felt better. Thanks Again Yin Yin and Aico for your Amazing touch! I definitely will recommend both of you to my friends and family.

    Aico was my therapist and she is one of the friendliest person around. She will let me know that the cleanser will feel cold before she starts. During the extraction, she will also check if there is any discomfort. Left with a clean face and happy mood!

    Great and comfortable experience with Mode Aesthetics! Yin Yin the beauty therapist is very professional. She provides great services and is gentle throughout the process . Most importantly she makes you very comfortable to be with especially when you are having sensitive area treatments. Highly recommend her! And the rest of the staff at JEM are very warm and welcoming and always checking up on you on the progress of your treatments.
