    third time here for eyelash extension and also touch up, satisfied and happy with the service

    Used to come here sometime mid last year and express mani was just $13 and classic was $28. Today i book a classic mani thru their instagram again and they didn’t mention that they have increase their prices. Price menu cannot be found on their website and they didn’t even mention this when i had made my appointment. When she was about to start on my nails she said classic mani is now $38!? $10 increase? i asked how much is express and it’s now $20. such a ridiculous price and felt very cheated as it’s just very dishonest for them to not mention this beforehand especially to customers who has booked their service previously. will not be coming back as the price is just too much there are many others that are cheaper for mediocre service as well

    First visit to milly’s, the eyelash removal was uncomfortable as the eyelash therapist pulled at my skin a few times during eyelash removal. The lady at the counter asked me to sign a package when I was making a payment at the counter, it felt rather pushy. Not a good visit, spiny be coming back.

    Ambience can be improved as it is in a mall and beds are kinda exposed to the noise from corridor. I got the bed nearer to the door n i couldnt nap in peace while doing my lashes. Other than that, the lashist did a good job by informing and recommending me the design she thinks im suitable for.

    I had a walk in keratin lash lift on the 11/11. Although it was pretty quick, it has definitely affected the quality of the lift. My lashes are so messy and just rushed. Clearly some are so curled up it started touching my eyelid. I did mention but they told me because I have a second layer of lashes. I would not recommend. As comparison, I have went to lash chapter to fix this mess, attached is the fixed lash. Judge yourself. Do a lash lift at Milly’s at your own risk

    1st time at Milly’s to fix my bad lash extension done at another salon. Turns out fantastic. Chloe was great. Very gentle and swift during the process. Not only are they more reasonable in pricing, there is a complimentary touchup in a week and no hard selling. Lashes looked great.

    Staff are all very friendly. They allowed boyfriends to stay inside while waiting for their girlfriend. This itself is a + point for me.

    Before going to Milly’s, i often hop around lash salon as I was unable to find one that is able to produce lasting effects for my lash extensions. I have been going to Milly’s for more than a year now. My eyelash therapist, Jiani, is a rare find. She is extremely skillful and fast – I am usually out of the salon in 40 minutes. I have never once felt any discomfort when doing my eyelash extensions and the best thing is the lashes last for a good month for me. Jiani is also very gentle during removal and I am sticking to her for a long time! To be fair, i think the quality of their glue and eyelashes are good as well to be able to have such results. The only negative comment that I would have is their pillow is not as comfotable as other salons’. They might wish to consider changing to a more cushioned pillow since customers are in that position for about 30-45 minutes.

    The eyelash was good However hard sell the package to me N even did not inform me properly that the package is only for 1 type of lash design Other ones must pay extra..

    Efficient and polite when making an appointment via whatsapp. Jia Ni who did my eyelash extensions provides good service. She is also patient and friendly. Overall, the staff there are all nice and the outlet is clean as well. The eyelash is also done as to my liking.

    I love doing my eyelashes at Milly’s as they are very gentle with applying and they ensure that I’m comfortable at all times. The location of the different outlets are also very accessible and convenient for me to travel to!
