    this place doesn’t hard sell and services is excellent. was served by gigi and she was really friendly and offered me aftercare tips. had a really nice time there

    Poor service and unhygienic. Ask for buff and shine and my nails has no lustre at all.

    Super unprofessional and not symmetrical. No powder/cream apply before/after the eyebrow threading. Stinging pain even after 4 hrs…

    booked appointment for gigi to do eybrow threading and staff says to come around 5pm. i asked if can come earlier, she says gigi has customer before that. i called around 4.50pm to tell them i will be around 10 minutes late but no one picked up. reached at 5.14pm, the staff, Irene, says i am late and should have come at 4.50pm when i was not informed. The staff obviously would have been unable to do my eyebrow threading in 14 minutes even if i had come at 5pm? The last time i came, Irene took at least 35 minutes to thread my eyebrow. No apology given and wasted my trip and time as there was no other slot for the day. Poorly managed shop.

    Friendly and helpful staff. Did eyebrow threading for $10. My beautician was very thorough with her work.

    They have a package of 10+2 sessions for $100. It is affordable.
