    Most treatments are good, especially when products that are produced by Mary Chia are used. My skin condition improved after going for my facial treatment regularly at Mary Chia; however, the prices of treatments are steep. Mary Chia’s products are truly effective.

    The staff and service are good but there are uncomfortable moments. The staff has KPIs to meet. In other words, they do hard sell services and products. Particularly, eyebrow embroidery service, eyelash growth treatment, etc. The products used are China products that were marked up ten-fold or twenty-fold. Tactics such as selling a lower tier eyebrow embroidery package but halfway through the process, kept pushing for a higher price package and said that it is just a small amount of top-up. There was no getting out of it in the middle of the embroidery and the process was at a halt. The only way was to proceed with the top-up.

    My previous beautician from Parkway branch left the service. She did not hard sell any products or treatments so I guess she could not meet KPIs. It is a pity to lose her as her service was really good and she shared tips on how to manage my skin.

    All in all, quality of Mary Chia products (love the Mary Chia foamy cleanser and lucent brightening emulsion) is good. Staff is well-trained. However, customers need to be aware of the hard sell tactics. If you don’t mind the price and pressure, Mary Chia’s treatment will be able to solve your skin problems.

    The 5 stars is for their Therapist- Anna. She is super good and is also friendly and nice too. And she doesnt hard sell at all. Very good!

    She is very experience and friendly and thoughtful.. 100% recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ is never enough to describe
    the experience and services!! It’s highly recommended.. will definitely come back again!👍

    Angela and Anna are very helpful and friendly to me, whenever I went there for my facial or body detox. I feel very comfortable to go to Mary Chia tampines hub every week.

    Excellent service with much emphasis placed on positive customer experience! Grace were meticulous and often checked on whether I was comfortable during the treatment process. Thank you also to Angela who recommended treatment that was suitable for my skin and always making me feel welcome and received advice and learnt more about how I can take care of my skin.

    it was a very pleasant and shiok experience. Angela made me feel welcomed when i walked into the store and explained everything clearly. Grace and Anna are great therapists. They are very meticulous and professional in their work. Will definitely recommend to my friends to come and try. Thank you!

    Very very very bad experience . Please do something about your outlet staff . Am not going to name names . Staff politics are meant to be kept within the staffs . Customers are meant to be treated like customers . If you were to have ill feelings towards another staff , don’t direct your negative feelings to the customer . Visit experience to your outlet has been getting worst and worst and worst as the years goes by .

    SUPER SUPER BAD!!!!

    The first experience was okay. The machine for my package broke down, the manager upgraded another machine for me to used. So I bought the package for hot blanket. I was so wrong!

    The subsequent sessions was horrible.

    – air-con spoil but they did not inform me at all. So it was unbearable in the hot blanket. I would have change the appt if i knew. One of the girls then said I should blame the govt?!?! OTH aircon is working fine, only your store. Why blame the govt…. Ridiculous.

    – hot blanket is too hot, i can feel my skin burn. In the end, I end the session right there.

    – towel has foul sweat smell, like someone just use it.

    – do not offer shampoo (only body wash)

    – hairdryer is spoil too.

    – manager changed too. This manager now is all about hard selling and she is extremely calculative.

    So I still have a few session left. They would not refund or even reply me. If anyone wanna try (hopefully ur experience wun be as bad as mine) do contact them… just use my name.

    Always looking forward to my appointments with Mary Chia Tampines (OTH). It’s always so relaxing and feels like coming to meet friends too! Both Angela and Anna are friendly and accomodating! Always providing professional great service and most importantly, they don’t hard-sell! No stress! This is why I love coming for my appointments! I do see results of both body and facial treatments. Definately recommend Mary Chia OTH and both Angela and Anna!

    I was greeted by really friendly staff and they were all really helpful and professional.

    My beautician was Grace and I really love her service! She was very thoughtful throughout the treatment and paid attention to the smallest details such as constantly checking if her strength was ok, ensuring if I was alright and also verifying with me if the temperature of the steam was ideal for me .

    Overall, I had a really great experience here. With the comfortable ambience and good hospitality, it makes me confident in having more appointments here.

    Angela, the manager is very friendly and accommodating. She was very helpful and keen to explain how the treatments work. Anna who gave the treatments to me was also very nice. It was a relaxing experience!

    Angela and Anna they are very friendly, caring, concern and helpful people. I did the body detox treatment, the result is satisfactory. As their service is good , I signed up another facial package. I will go for my facial treatment in my next visit. I will highly recommend Anna .

    I’m happy with the services they gave me. I had availed the body detox, hair removal and facial treatment. The ambiance is very nice and relaxing. The staffs are very accommodating and friendly. Anna , Grace, Fanny and Angela always make me feel comfortable every time I have my sessions. Their underarm hair removal is really effective, you can already see the results in a few sessions. The facial treatments I will surely recommend Mary chia to some of my friends.

    First visit to Tampines outlet after parkway, new outlet has very japanese ambient, nice decorations, comfortable bed, one disadvanatge is too near to food stall, a bit noisy and food oil smell can be quite strong.

    Nevertheless, will continue frequent the new outlet as Ms Sandy always give her best service each time when I visit her at Mary Chia. Well done Sandy ❤️💪
