    Attended by Ms Elva for my first trial for ezslim treatment. Elva is very kind and patient during the entire visit and she explained every step clearly during the course of treatment. Ended up signing a package for body contouring as that suits my budget.

    have been for a few months. I am very thankful and grateful to my consultant, Eunice and others for the help and assistance that shes has provide. Eunice customised a good treatment plan for me. She is always so friendly and encouraging. During treatments, she will always check in on me and ensure that everything is okay and smoothly.

    Everything was of top standard, nothing too much trouble, inside decor throughout was lovely, clean & well maintained. All staff was very helpful, Venus is knowledgeable when come to explain new items & advice whne comes to my body weight.

    I started with ezslim trial, my consultant is Venus and nutritionist Winnie. At the start I was nervous but they were both approachable, friendly and welcoming. They listened to my concerns and shares the process patiently and always check up on me if Im comfortable. I find the Woodlands outlet comfortable to visit and overtime it has been an enjoyable process for me, the results are effective and I’m thankful to the staffs.

    (I was very moved by the patience and professionalism of the therapist. I had to go to the bathroom halfway to solve the problem because of my stomach discomfort. After I came back, the therapist helped me bandage again. I felt very embarrassed to increase his workload. He didn’t even complain a single sentence, I admire his professionalism and attitude)

    治疗师的耐心和专业让我很感动，我今天因为肚子不舒服，做到一半去厕所大解决，回来后治疗师重新帮我包扎，我觉得很不好意思，增加他的工作量，他一句怨言都没有，很佩服他的专业精神

    I joined London Weight Management at the Woodlands Civic Centre branch since May 2023. I appreciate my consultant May who focuses not only on my weight loss but also my health improvement. She explains patiently what each process does for me. Together with the nutritionist, a treatment plan was customised for me. May is friendly and knowledgeable about her work. Her cheerful disposition makes my visit enjoyable!

    I see progress in a few areas hover a few treatments. Besides reduction in weight and size, my blood sugar has seen a steady reduction (I am diabetic) and my versical fat level has dropped.

    The consultants, the nutritionists and the reception staff at Wobodlands, handle their roles professionally. Overall, I enjoy every visit and look forward to my next treatment.

    The staff are professional and skilled, they are also very friendly and nice. I like the EZ slim and bio detox, I’m happy that my weight loss after the treatment, thanks LMW and their helpful staff.

    Staffs are all very professional, polite and friendly. Rachel is in charge of my services here, she’s very knowledgeable and would answer my concerns. Elyn attended to me for services before as well, they’re both very professional in what they’re doing and makes me feel very comfortable and welcomed.

    I went to LWM the curve. They offer me a compliment of ” So Slim treatment” which result very effective. Wendy a very dedicated staff did the treatment for me. But what makes me uneasy is the hard sell from the consultant, they alway do that.

    I have been a customer with LWM for the last 13 years since my son was born. Their services has been consistently good. Although I have a few change of consultant, the latest under Elva was greatest. Elva was approachable and nice, she will listen to my needs carefully and do appropriate recommendations. Elva will usually see to my case personally each time I am there for treatment. No matter how busy, she will made time to talk to me or arrange for her colleagues to attend to me. She give me the assurance I am well taken care of and I do not have to worry at all. I enjoy the sessions in London to help me keep fit. I also observe that Elva is also well liked by her colleagues and customers like me.Elva is a great consultant at London, extremely hardworking. Pls keep up the good work.

    Ps: now she has another colleague Summer working with her. Summer is very bubbly and cheerful. With both, it is always a very happy and relaxing session whenever i am there

    . Made me very happy and satisfy esp after achievement of weight lost.
