    I did express Gel Mani Pedi. There are some points of improvement for both.

    For the Mani, the store owner tends to be very haphazard and rough while handling me. She clipped my nails until it bled but did not offer an apology (it was a small cut, granted – but it was obviously bleeding).

    Finally, what convinced me to never return is how the store owner treats elderly women. She yelled at the customer next to me many times for the simple questions she was asking the owner. She was rough in her treatment of this frail woman and quite rude in her answers.

    Hope to see improvements in service and product quality as the product is not worth the price. This place is just not for me.

    Had a regular polish manicure and it was a really sloppy job – I had to point out all the areas that were missed to the manicurist, and the layers of polish were so uneven that it became really annoying to look at in the following days. Three days after having this manicure done, I couldn’t stand it anymore and went and bought nail polish remover to get it off. Thank goodness I didn’t do gel – I can’t imagine what it would be like to have their work semi permanently on my hands until I had time to go find another salon to take it off.

    The Nails were ruined just

    minutes after advised it’s ready with added cost. instead of providing service, owner argued that is due to OPL. Bad experience.

    It was terrible as the staff has exfoliated my foot badly that it bled profusely without admitting that she had done a bad job and offering first aid

    Nail art are done professional done based on the preferred design. Staffs are friendly and approachable for any enquiries. Highly recommended!

    I’ve been with Levon nails for a few years now. Sally’s work is of high standards and she is very accommodating and helpful. Sometimes I need to come in earlier before their opening hours, she would open the shop and start work earlier just to accommodate to my busy schedule. I’ve renewed my package a few times as the prices are reasonable and the quality of their products and workmanship is good. I was never asked to buy / try anything that I didn’t enquire about. Always sincere and just good honest quality work ??????

    I have been with Levon Nail Spa for more than 5 to 6 years (couldn’t remember). Every visit has been a good experience.

    Nobody likes the usual hard sell of packages/ products. Here, they have never once done that.

    Aside to that, my nails never break after having gelish manicure nor does it turn yellow. This also shows the quality of nail polish the salon uses, since I do encounter my nails becoming brittle/ turn yellow when I go to some random salon for a quick fix.

    Guess that is why I never switch salons.

    No fuss, Reasonable prices, Friendly.

    Highly Recommended.

    I would like to show my appreciation to Sally for the exceptional service. She always make me feel comfortable when visiting the shop and always accommodate my request. I only look for her whenever I visit. Thank you Sally!

    Recommended to Sally a year ago and has been going to her since. Her work is nice clean and price is v reasonable too. Highly recommended!

    Got to know the place from my friend, I haven been back for the past 6 months. Sally has a very high standard for her work and very nice to talk too. Good price for value and highly recommended!

    Visit this place by chance… attended by Sally , she is the best. She is so meticulous. Genuinely nice and friendly staff there. Feel very comfortable when do nails at this place. They never push u to buy any package too. ❤️?
