    Catherine and Alisa were amazing for my session! i love how attentive they were to my needs and how gentle they were with my nails. The staff turnover rate is low – the ladies have been here for a long time and i know i’m always in good hands!

    One of the worst experiences I have had. While I can tolerate hard selling, I guess the customer has the right to say “no”. Such a response should be respected and not compromise the quality of service.

    Two service taken

    Express Pedi : ok not bad work overall but no proper communication as to whether it was dry and I could leave. Also utter carelessness when I said I have an existing in grown toe nail.

    Classic pedi

    The woman almost put a pill into the water and only when asked, did she say it would cost $20 more! When declined, the quality of work deteriorated (compared to observation of other customers) and the staff had unprofessional personal conversations in front of customers.

    Very disappointing and not recommend for even one try. I went here as a last minute last resort but have crossed it totally out of the list.

    Have not had my nails done for years. I’m happy to be served by Ms Winnie, she is knowledgeable and skilled in her service. I’m manicure- trained and I must say her painting skills is superb. She does not hard sell and takes care of the clients even after the work is done. Will be there again.
