    I have been visiting for around 5 months, and the therapist is always very friendly, and there is absolutely no mention of buying their products. I can tell she is quite dedicated to improving my skin and she always gives some recommendations after each visit. Very affordable.

    It was our first visit to Kskin. Abbie was professional and gave good advice on what to do on our face. Will consider trying other treatments.

    There has been a lot of hard-selling recently which makes it extremely annoying for the short 15-30 mins cause there’s non-stop talking about their serum, mask, etc.

    Therapist was extremely rough too so the whole process today was painful and annoying. It’s my fourth time here this happened 3 our of 4 times now. Definitely not coming back again.

    I had a great experience there because the staff helped me get rid of the majority of my blackheads, checked my skin thoroughly, and explained the cause of my facial acne. She also discusses the goods that would be best for taking better care of my face.

    Even though Kskin advertised as no hard-sell, the staff here will do so during the procedure. The staff here are talkative and will try to get to know you before talking through their products. It’s not wrongdoing but for a 15-mins procedure, they sure do talk a lot.

    First, they would want to find out if you’re new or not before they decide how much to sell their products (such as their toners or serum). The staff here will then scrutinise your face completion throughout the procedure and always encourage you that 15 minutes is not enough for your face’s skin’s condition, also recommended coming multiple times in a month for the best result.

    What made it more off-putting is the loyalty program. Unlike their competitor SkinGo! where every visit counts as one stamp, Kskin requires you to spend $50 minimum in one visit to qualify as a member.

    One of the staff was engaged with another customer (who seemed to bought a lot of product), completely ignored the fact that I have been waiting for a long time to purchase my package for that day. This goes to show that they only put in the effort to those who are easily influenced or swayed by their marketing.

    I have made up my mind never to step foot in Kskin.
