    I was at Kovan K-Skin at around 8.10pm ((9/4) and purchased a combo tick from the machine. Went back at 8.30om but still not my turn yet. Shortly at 8,45pm went back again, she told me that she cannot do the job for me. Reason given was
    1) machine auto locked up at 9pm, she can’t use the machine (checked in with other K-Skin, she said anytime can shut down the machine as no such thing auto locked)
    2) she will not be in the shop today (10/4) so I cannot come back for the service
    3) there isn’t any customer around or I can’t transfer my purchase to them
    4) she is smart that took away my receipt with her being she already had a copied)

    Therefore she suggested me to take the full range products from her so I can redeem my $50

    If should you cannot render a service of any reason, at least before buying the tickets you should keep me inform?

    Or you are taking this chance to hook someone to buy your products so you can get commission from it?

    I’m not the first time step into K-Skin and be it I know K-Skin work in franchise ways.

    I’m a customer with K-Skin for 2.5years in Compassone and now Sengkang Grand Mall.

    Please revert it to me asap and I am hoping K-Skin HQ look into this matter.

    Heartland Mall K-Skin will ruin in reputation should you keep this staff with you.

    I will not because of this one time issue at Heartland Mall K-Skin, not visiting the other K-Skin.

    The boss of Heartland Mall K-Skin, please investigate the above matter and reply me. I tired calling today but probably is PH so no one pick up the line.

    have gone to various kskin outlets, always trying the different combos. personal favourite would be combo e, have done this at the heartland mall outlet as well yesterday. did not manage to get the name of the lady however really enjoyed how detailed and thorough she was, always a pleasure getting kskin facials.
