    worst experience . the lady decided to throw a tantrum at me , she was so cranky. snatch my receipt, and throw the apron cape at me? the process was suppose to be 45 min , but it lasted 20 min? i felt like i paid $50 for her childish tantrum . ive been doing this package for many months now , i noticed that she skip a few treatments . and was so rushing . didnt bother to tell me it was done and just recline the seat. she was so unprofessional and rude.

    The service and equipments are awesome + it’s time efficient and less painful compared to traditional way of facial. Wanyu is very skilled and friendly. Highly recommended!

    Great service from Wanyu! She is very nice and friendly. Sometimes I will get uncomfortable with the sound of the machine, but when chatting with her during the facial, it distracted me from the sound. This makes me feel calm and relax.

    Was served by Wanyu and she was gentle and meticulous. She would use products based on what she could see from your current skin condition asides from what is already paid for. She would also let you know what steps she is doing and explain the products that she used and also gives a lot of advice on facial care and is open to additional questions on the topic as well. Overall a pleasant and relaxing experience.
