    Bad experience. Difficult to make appointments. walk in also can’t do it . And very unfriendly to customers.

    Avoid at all costs! Do not get their packages as their shop might close without notice. Wait time for appointments could also be up to 2 weeks. Impossible to reach their management when there are issues.

    GIVING A 5 STARS TO FLAG THIS REVIEW. THEY DESERVES 0 STARS IMO. DO NOT GET THEIR PACKAGE. I REPEAT, DO NOT GET THEIR PACKAGE. I GOT MINE 2 YEARS AGO AND GUESS WHY IS IT STILL NOT USED? BECAUSE THEY NEVER, I REPEAT, NEVER EVER WILL HAVE SLOT FOR YOU! EVEN WHEN THEY HAVE, IT’S ONLY NORMAL MANI PEDI WITH STANDARDS WORSE THAN NEIGHBOURHOOD SALON. FAKE ADVERTISMENT ON BEING PROFESSIONAL. OH, MANAGER ALSO SAID IF U WANT A REFUND, U NEED TO GO TO THE IMMIGRATION. WHAT EVEN??? IN SUMMARY, KIMIYO-G IS FULL OF EXCUSES AND FAKE ADVERTISMENT BECAUSE THEY CLEARLY CANNOT DELIVER WHAT THEY PROMISED. I REPEAT ONCE AGAIN, DO NOT GET THEIR PACKAGE. On a side note, I think we consumers who got “played” by their fake promises should get together lodge complaints to consumer court LOL.

    (I have been with kimiyo orchard for many years, and I can only see that they are getting better and better, the environment is also very good, and the staff is also not bad 👍🏻 I did my nails, face wash and eyelash at their place, I like it very much, but it is difficult to make an appointment because it is booked. If babies who want to go can make appointment early, the service is good service.)

    跟了 kimiyo orchard 很多年了， 只看到他们越来越好， 环境也很好，作工人员相当不错👍🏻在他们家做了指甲跟洗脸跟eyelash, 都很喜欢，只是预约比较难booked, 如果要去的宝宝们可以早点预定， 服务good service.

    at Orchard Gateway since 2019. Celine and her team are all friendly professionals whom rendered excellent services. Very happy to be served by such an awesome team. Will continue to support their services. Keep up the good work gals!

    Signed a package many years ago and had stopped visiting 2 years Covid gap 2020-2022. When normal lives resumed, i realised i had to book 1 month in advance for slot. Its ok for me as i planned my calendar weeks advance. But it is annoying that i still have to wait for 30 mins when there… the ladies are nice and tried to accomodate .. but if u are pressed for time, give allowance in time for appointment so u wont feel pressed for time like me.

    Update: I went back for a lash touch up and they only spent about 10 mins. I’ve done touch ups at other salons and it’s typically 30mins-1hr. For 10mins work you also get 10mins quality. My lashes can’t even be brushed out as there is too much glue. There is no isolation at all and the lashes are just stuck onto my eyelid which also hurts a lot after it grows out. Lashes are twisted in all directions even though I don’t sleep to the side. Won’t be going back again after my package finishes. I feel like every session they are just rushing to finish.

    I have been member since their shop in Central Mall 5-6 yeras ago, which is near my office. I was satisfied with their services until post covid in 2022. I couldn’t book a slot for almost 2 years and I have to soak out my gel menicure with other service provider (free of charge). I tried booking before Christmas and CNY with Kimiyo but unavailable. So I went overseas and did my nails during shopping.

    I was surprised that I have to pay $20 for soaking off my gel menicure not done by Kimiyo. I feedback that my previous gel done by Kimiyo was soaked off free of charge by others since I couldn’t book a slot to do my nails with Kimiyo. The lady said it is company policy. Sure, I fully understand and I am sure I will just complete my package and that’s it.

    The hardest part to make an appointment 😑

    after signed the Package. Almost half year also cannot make a slot even booking early than a month, really bad service!

    Lack of staff, had to wait for 30mins even when is my appointment time. Service has dropped over the years, not good as before. I was with them for a number of years, way before covid. It will closed down one day if this standard continues.

    Don’t get package it’s ridiculous when waiting time to get a slot is 1 month away. We are not even talking about a week in advance.

    Terrible

    Package purchased and hard to use as they require customers to book way advance. Might as well just patronise those in Bugis and can do direct walk in, as and when we need.
