    Thomas Goh (Principal Stylist):
    Good aesthetic taste, good craftsmanship, and most importantly, the individual feels good-looking. The staff who do root replenishing and shampooing are very serious.
    Thomas is a pleasure to work with and the salon is full of energy, so there will definitely be repeat customers.

    I was looking through the reviews for Kimage Parkway Parade and I am attracted by the coloring of one of stylist, Sean. After scrolling through his Insta on the different colouring that he had done for his customers, I am amazed and decided to book an appointment at Kimage Parkway Parade to let Sean to do my hair colour. Upon arriving at the salon, Sean made me feel completely at ease and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and helped me choose the perfect shade that would complement my skin tone and style. I am so happy with the results and even after a few weeks, my hair still looks fresh, and the color hasn’t faded at all.
    The experience was comfortable, professional, and the end result exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for someone who truly understands color and will give you a personalized, beautiful result, I highly recommend Sean!

    I always go to Irene for my haircut, she’s amazing & really is the only one who knows how to do layering right. My sister & mum also love her and trust her with their hair. Would definitely recommend to ask for Irene when you visit Kimage at Parkway☺️

    I visited Kimage yesterday for an appointment with Irene. She was very professional in doing my hair and also provided great service. She paid close attention to details and even explained the aftercare details to me. The atmosphere at the salon was amazing and I truly enjoyed myself. Thank you.

    I’ve been a loyal client of Irene since 2017, first meeting her at the Kimage salon at I12 before she moved to Parkway. The salon consistently provides a wonderful experience, with a kind, unpretentious, and attentive team. They are always patient, professional, and focused on customer satisfaction.

    Irene is exceptional with my hair. She’s given me the colors and highlights I once only dreamed of, subtle yet noticeable, exactly how I like them. She adjusts styles perfectly to my preferences, and her easygoing demeanor makes every visit a pleasure.

    Shawn, her colleague, is equally fantastic, offering great advice and assisting Irene seamlessly. The rest of the team is just as supportive, and their teamwork really stands out. Plus, the hair massages are simply incredible and so relaxing!

    I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for top-notch service in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

    My first time trying out this hair salon and it was great. I would visit again. Sean was very patient, a good listener, friendly and warm, and understood my hair concerns and wants.

    He was great with suggestions and even showed me photos and samples of proposed styles and hair colours to help me decide and so I had good idea what to expect. He has a great sense of proportion and style and the eventual cut was actually pretty fabulous cos the it framed my face really well, made me look less round, and gave my hair more volume. The colour was also fantastic. It suited my skin tone, made me look younger, and was not too loud.

    Stylist: Sean is a great stylist. Unlike some hairdressers or stylists who are just good with certain styles, he has a very good eye for what haircuts and styles suits an individual and helps make people look good.

    Brought my 8years old boy for his haircut.
    First time to this salon.
    I’ve informed over the phone reservation that it’s for my 8yo boy haircut but upon arrival, the guy stylist asked if my boy will sit still and not fuss because they don’t usually take in children for haircuts.
    When my boy climbed onto the chair, his legs accidentally hit the mirror, the hair stylist gave a tsk and said ” eh dont do that to the mirror” and asked me again ” are you sure your boy can sit still for haircut” which i said yes of course and i told him ” if he cannot handle my child, we can leave and not have the haircut here”.
    The stylist kept quiet and proceeded with the haircut.
    Throughout the 10 minutes haircut session, the male stylist kept emphasizing that my boy’s hair structure is not good, that he has short forehead so his fringe cannot go beyond certain length. His top structure of hair cannot cut short because it will look like grass.
    When he ended the haircut, my boy looked so sloppy with the uneven fringe ( literally layered and you can see some strands are longer than others) which the stylist said ” if i cut even, he will look like a bowl, very nerd” but those loose strands here and there makes him looked very messy and unorganized.
    The stylist kept repeating ” if you child can sit still longer, i will give a better haircut outcome”.
    Even during payment, he kept repeating that they don’t take in children for haircut.
    If that is the case, why did the salon confirmed my reservation for a child haircut in the first place?
    It was utterly unpleasant experience and i’m never going back again.

    Back again to perm my hair! Always a good experience with the staff at this outlet. I briefly mentioned I was cold and was well taken care of by them with warm blankets 🥰😆

    Highly recommend this place 👍🏻 (also, their massage while washing my hair was top notch)

    Irene and the team are always very professional and efficient. Keratin treatment was managed well and the haircut was done based on what works best for my hair type. Have been a client for a couple of years and will keep returning to Irene for her kindness and skill and overall great experience.

    Visited the salon at parkway parade for a complimentary hair service offered as a form of compensation from kimage for a previous botched service done at bukit panjang mall.

    New hairstyle is done by Sean at parkway parade. The service provided and techniques used were top notch. The result is exactly what I wanted after showing him my inspo. Completely changed my impression of kimage 🙂 the other stylists were also very friendly and could really feel their passion and genuine concern for their customers.

    This review is long overdue! Highly recommend getting your hair done by Irene. She did a fantastic job cutting my hair. She listened to my needs and took care to make sure she achieved the result I wanted. More than a month after the haircut and it’s growing out really nicely too. Will definitely be back!

    Had a haircut at Parkway Parade branch for the first time and I am so glad that I found a trusted, professional service nearby. Deef helped me to style and gave useful advice for my thin yet frizzy hair. He made impossible possible by agreeing to cut my hair on shoulder length (which most hair stylists will tell you a big NO) and the result is amazing (no curling out)! Will consider to come back for Keratin treatment and of course for next haircut 🙂

    In 2021, i stopped by Kimage Salon at Parkway Parade . The only lady , Irene was the day of my hair stylist.

    She was very friendly and sociable most importantly she understands my hair quality and texture before begin with her fantastic hands on my hair .

    It was a very pleasant experiences as the stylists are very friendly and approachable . I left with good memories in my first visit . My haircut was being praise .

    Three years later in 2024, I went back to her . She is the only stylist who can manage my hair so well and thrive to give customer her best touch .

    She is patient , within manageable time, gives good attempt to every single steps of her cut , she demand quality and She never rush ….

    I highly recommended her to you in your next haircut , ask for Irene – a fantastic hair stylist and her cohesive peers too – a good massage after the wet wash is an added bonus to this visit .

    Had been a client of hairstylist Irene Lim for many years, she had superb skills and never fail to provide excellent ideas if change of style is requested. In addition, she had a friendly and bubbly personality that will cheer you up. Lately they had upgraded the decor of hair wash area, it is now cosy and comfortable with pretty northern lights lookalike lights. Just an excellent place for haircut 💇‍♂️ 👍🏼

    First time visiting Kimage and it was an awesome customer experience at this outlet! Sean, Irene and Dev was really helpful in advising and strategising how to save my bleached hair and give me the perm and shade of brown I want.

    Lead stylist Sean has 10 years of experience and a base of regular customers so I was in good care. Sean was very nice and accommodated to my time despite me being late. Really lucky to be able to book him!

    Did colour, cold perm and wrapped it up with a really cooling scalp treatment. They also advised me on how to take care of my hair and packed me a bottle of conditioning treatment too on my way out. Will definitely make the trip down again when I need to touch up my hair. Kudos to the team 👏

    I went to this salon for a simple root touch-up, but unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected. I had been working with another hairdresser for months to achieve a beautiful mix of light brown and blonde to blend with my white hair. I explained this clearly to the new hairdresser, who seemed confident in his abilities. However, the result was a disaster. Instead of a slightly darker tone, my hair ended up almost black! All the progress I had made with my previous hairdresser was ruined, and the color looks completely unnatural.

    While the hairdresser was friendly, the lack of professionalism in term of coloring is evident. I was also charged $270 for a service that was supposed to be a simple root touch-up, but my entire hair was dyed, leaving me with a color I never wanted. To make matters worse, a scalp treatment I hadn’t requested burned my scalp, and I had to ask them to stop. I’m deeply disappointed and embarrassed to go out with this hair colour and it does look good at all on me.

    After 2 months, color remains good and hair remains shiny. Went back today for root retouch. Decided trying some highlights and peekaboo. The process is super smooth, even the bleaching is quickly done without any fussiness. The results are surprisingly satisfying as Irene customized the color for me with her magic that suits my character, skin tone and lifestyle : D

    Big big thumb up as always. And let’s play with more colors in future!!!

    Hair Salons that are not transparent about pricing are the absolute worst. Checked online their prices on the website for the Parkway Parade location before making an appointment, only to be told when I got there “we dont know about the price online” and got quoted double the price. Wasnt expecting such scam like service from a big brand like Kimage.

    2 stars because the haircut was decent but otherwise the poorest experience I’ve had at a hair salon in Singapore.

    Firstly, the hairstylist was rough when he washed my scalp and clawed at my piercings multiple times. I visibly was in pain, especially because I kept reaching up to adjust it back into place yet he further neglected to take due care. When he was blow drying my hair, half the time the heat was blowing into my ear which made the experience pretty uncomfortable.

    Secondly, they were not transparent about their pricing. I opted for a haircut with their leading stylist, which cost $55. During the haircut, I was clear about how much I wanted my hair length to be. However, when I was making payment he decided to add a $10 charge out of no where? He said it was my hair was too long after the cut? Frankly, I don’t think that made any sense at all. It wasn’t mentioned anywhere on their website, their signboards nor did the stylist think to even mention it at any point during the experience he had ample time to. My hair was pretty long, so especially for a ‘leading stylist’ I don’t see how he couldn’t have the foresight to mention this before or even during the haircut. Quite honestly, I felt pretty cheated and I don’t know if this is a standard charge or I just seem easy to fool cus I’m a student lol… super unethical.

    Generally, the service was mediocre at best. I’ve had way better for 4x less the price. Would not come back again and I’d advise everyone coming here to confirm the final charge before proceeding with any services 🤣🤣

She paid close attention to detail and ensured that every curl was perfect. Not only did she perm it nicely, she also provided great advice on how to maintain the new curls.

    The online booking is easy to use and they are efficient with my request to reschedule the timing. Irene was amazing, she gave new life to my lifeless hair, she was friendly, professional and very skilled at her work. 100% recommend!

    Stylist: Irene was incredible. She could instantly see what needed to be changed and has started to work her magic before I’d finished explaining. She was diligent but efficient, and definitely knows what she is doing. Will 100% recommend Irene to anyone!

    Came to Kimage and asked for soft rebonding with C curl ends. Chose Irene as my hair stylist and it was a great decision!     I have been frequenting to Kimage close to a decade now and have fully entrusted Sean to take care of my hair, be it to funky crazy colours, or a haircut that complements to my hair type or face shape. Sean would always have my hair condition and health as his priority despite the impulsive hair colour i would request for. Safe to say even after almost a decade of bleaching my hair, my hair is still in a good condition for continued bleaching as Sean would take the utmost care to ensure i still have a healthy hair (and in abundance too)!

    service was so good- everything was quick and efficient, despite not being able to describe in great detail what i wanted, i was pleasantly surprised when they did something even better that what i had in mind. My hair became visibly softer and shiner. I expected to sit in the salon for about 4hrs, as that was the normal time other salons do it, but was able to leave within an hour! Thank you Sean and Irene for the amazing hospitality and service! will definitely be back ❤️
