    My husband’s haircut is very bad. CNY is coming soon and I am very sad to see my husband’s hair cut so sloppily. Will never get a haircut here again !

    Wonderful service provided. Stylist was very friendly and attentive to my requests.

    I a am a happy customer today, was attended by hair dresser Marilyn Phoon, she is very professional and experienced ✨.
    I went to 2 other Kcut in Bishan Junction 8 and Holland V past 2-weeks, they are not confident to cut my hair (it’s curl after tie-ing) despite I told them I can understand the outcome, I am ok with the curl and I will accept it.

    SPECIAL mentioned to Ms Penny Mok who handled my special needs child very well.

    He was attended by her on 2 occasions..
    When I told her my son’s condition, she didnt turn us down at all.
    The 1st time was very smooth and all successful.

    The 2nd time is albeit stressful for him.
    My son with sensory issues among other things is extremely overwhelmed to the blade especially when Ms Penny had to trim the back of his head. ..He felt it so ticklish that he slide off his seat many times.🤦‍♀️
    However Penny gave him time and was gentle and very patient with him all throughout until I felt pretty embarrassed that I held onto the session long enough that a Q had formed.

    We did not managed to persuade my giggling son to stay put and so the haircut was not able to complete.😅

    We will be coming back here the next definately as its his 1st hair salon and we wanted him to try again the next round.
    I am very satisfied with Ms Penny for her passion especially in handling my child.

    It is not an easy task and not everyone can do it.
    It comes from the heart❤

    Penny Mok is really nice and friendly! My hair is very long and thick but she was very gentle and patient ☺️ My hair feels so much lighter now.

    Once awhile happens to be Nicole Chin that do my hair, it’s always fast, nice & just the way I want my hair to be cut. She is also always friendly with her everready warm smile. Best hairstylist for me.

    Bad experience (updated July 2023): Served by Jenny Lim, my hair didn’t end up the style I wanted. When unclipping the hairclip, she pulled my hair and it hurts. After the haircut, my ears and back of neck (right below my hair) felt irritated and itchy with red patches/bumps 👎🏼 I have visited this outlet for many months and nothing of the above happened before. Wouldn’t come back here again

    Hairstylist Penny Mok is very experienced and attentive, trim hair nicely and maintains a suitable hair shape. Thumbs up and highly recommended. It’s very near to exit 7 TEL mrt line. Convenient location beside killiney and koi.

    The worst kcuts i have been experienced. Especially marilyn phoon. She is like rushing to finish & go for another customer that treats your hair very very rough & bad. Will never visit this shop anymore

    Came today for a haircut, a fat man put his bag and a large decathlon bag on the seat, very inconsiderate towards other customers because the bench is small and others cannot take a seat, the bench should be meant for customers to sit and wait for their turn. The staff should tell him to put into the shelf that is provided. Inconsiderate customer and ignorant staff. Maybe other outlets are better

    My oh my what a pleasing experience to get my hair cut/trim, they have the friendliest hairdressers!

    I was contemplating getting my haircut in this salon. despite seeing negative reviews on the internet/google reviews , so buckle your seat belts and let’s dive right in.

    [ ] Expensive

    Although it may not be the cheapest, you can’t complain much due to how the salon is marketed towards Korean fans, thus you’ll be getting the most out of it.

    Firstly, I had my doubt that I’m gonna get bad hair service but boy I was wrong, the service that they had to take care of it’s like you’re sitting on a throne, the Hairdresser is friendly and delicate to realign my scalp.

    I’m very critical and fair about all my reviews hence, I took me some time before writing this and I hopw it helps you get that quick cut that looks good and for the business to have more exposure.

    Service stylist Marilyn was not only friendly. She also suggested different hair options that I could consider since I had no particular style in mind. I’ve tried over 3 different hairstyles here and they all fit me perfect.

    The hair cut: 5/5
    The cutting duration: 10mins +/-
    The waiting time: subjective
