    Would like to give compliments to the hairstylist Yen Lim who was cutting my hair today. Very professional and detailed.

    Hope kcuts can give some incentives for hairstylist like Yen Lim and let her be a role model for all younger hairstylist to learn from her, especially her service attitude!

    Lousy unprofessional hairdresser especially Caroline and another plump lady. They seem to be very impatient with kids and resort to physically laying hands on them. I have to raise my voice at them several times.

    Raised her voice at me when I tried to pull off the ticket when the machine can’t even dispense ticket properly. I have to raised my voice at her back then only she scared and became a mouse.

    Horrendous service. See U one time I sure scold U one time.

    On 9 Nov 2024 2.20pm, my boy was cutting hair at this outlet. There was just one hairdresser. My boy have to withstand her anger and abuse. Shoving and pushjng my boy’s head because he does not understand her instructions. My boy’s hair was badly cut and she dont even bother to clean his hair using the vacuum. If she is unpleased with her job, she should just quit. KCUTS should just close down if they keep hiring such ppl.

    On the evening of September 23rd at 8:30 pm, I encountered a disappointing experience with a hairdresser at Jewel Kcuts. We were unaware that the machine dispensed the ticket slowly and, thinking it had fully printed, I tore off the visible portion. The hairdresser, Caroline Lee, immediately raised her voice and reprimanded us. Additionally, she proceeded to dispense the next ticket without tearing, followed by an unpleasant stare in my face for 3 seconds, which I found totally unprofessional. I’m concerned that this was an attempt to provoke a response or imply wrongdoing on my part. I would appreciate it if this matter could be addressed to ensure a more respectful and supportive environment for customers.

    In the service industry, educating customers should be done with kindness and respect, especially since I am a paying customer and did not expect to be treated this way. I even recorded the haircut, concerned that her frustration might be taken out on my young child. At one point, when my child placed his feet on the screen, she forcefully pushed his leg down as shown in the second picture. I politely asked her to allow me to handle my child myself.

    This was truly the worst experience I’ve had, especially at a world-class location like Jewel airport. I would appreciate knowing how you intend to address this situation to ensure future customers do not go through the same experience.

    After my negative experience, I went through the reviews and noticed another customer had complained about the same staff member a few months ago. Could this be due to a lack of action to address and improve her service attitude? If this issue is not addressed appropriately, I may consider sharing my experience on social media to raise awareness about the ongoing concerns with this staff member’s service attitude.

    Stylist: YEN lim at Jewel KCuts did an exceptional job. Very skillful and patient. One of the best haircuts I had. Highly recommended.

    Just did my haircut today for $15. Machine only takes cash for payment. For card payment, paynow etc you need to download the app on the board in front of the machine and pay using the app which was what I did. 🤗👍🌟

    Amazing service by Yen Lim. I was the last customer on a Sat night, but she was so friendly and professional. Knew that I was taking a flight and cleaned my hair and even powdered my neck to make it more comfortable. Will definitely come back!

    CAROLINE LEE service is horrendous, extremely impatient and rude. If you don’t want to cut hair don’t do this job. Also, she doesn’t know how to cut hair at all, even i think i can do a better job. Please don’t come here for your own sake. I would give 0 stars if i could.

    Kcuts at jewel charges higher than other regular kcuts. Despite that, I’m a returning customer because aunty Yen Lim is patient and friendly with kids! She doesn’t just rush through the hair cut just because it’s express hair cut service. Thank you aunty yen Lim! 🙂

    Overall, my experience at Jewel Changi Airport was excellent. However, I noticed something that I’d like to share as feedback to provide more insight as a customer and overseas traveler. Some tourists want to get a haircut but prefer to pay with credit cards. Unfortunately, the machine at kcuts only accepts cash, and it only accepts the exact amount required for the haircut. To better serve customers, I suggest that kcuts management invest in upgrading the machine to accept both cash and credit card payments. Additionally, for cash payments, the machine should offer change for customers with larger bills. Credit card payments would be much more convenient, especially since some customers may not have a Singapore mobile number to receive OTPs for app payments. Please consider these suggestions for future business growth.

    Extremely bad system for ClassPass bookings, had to wait one hour because multiple walk-ins have supposedly superseded my booking; also very understaffed only 1 service crew PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST

    Was served and attended by Ms Yen Lim. Extremely professional and excellent hairstylist. The way and how she cut my hair has exceeded my expectations. She’s also polite, helpful and courteous.     The auntie is a professional stylist. She double checked do I really want the length that I mentioned,no matter the bangs or back. She handles carefully with your request. Unlike some stylist,they cut shorter than you expected.

    saw the great reviews and brought my kid here for a haircut. i understand it’s an “express” service which promises to deliver a haircut in 15 mins, but if you’re working with a kid I believe it’s only right if you practice extra caution, especially since children fidget unpredictably. hair cut was decent, but hair dresser’s service / patience level was not there. my kid told me he felt the aunty poke his ear and true enough we found a tiny wound on the back of his ear.

    at the end of the hair cut, we asked if she could thin the hair a little more. she replied in chinese “just now you say want like that, now you want to thin, next time you all discuss and consider already then tell me. very hard for us like that”

    2 stars cos the hair cut was still decent, but this place is not suitable for kids.
