    I have been getting my monthly haircuts here by Celine for more than one year.

    Celine is thorough, gentle and pays attention to the fine details, making every visit pleasant and satisfactory. Thank you!

    *Edit:
    After I had posted the review by my own accord, I realised there may be some negative reviews towards Celine.

    Just to share my experience, I have had my haircut by both Celine and Pam, and undoubtedly Pam was more outgoing and friendly during the first haircut session. However, as I got to know Celine more after the first 1 or 2 haircuts, Celine is also friendly and always help me achieve the haircut I like!

    To be fair to her, I hope others can also get to know Celine better like I did, and also have a good haircut experience as I always do. Just my 2 cents 🙂

    Pam is a friendly and experienced hair stylist. She has suggested that I should keep a simple and no layering bob for my fine, limp and wavy hair textures. It turns out to be very nice. Thank you.

    Having read all the good reviews of Ms Pam Goh, I went down to the outlet to find her for a haircut. Unfortunately, Ms Celine Tam was there alone and I made a hasty retreat, ha. Decided to go to EC House instead to save myself from a potential unpleasant haircut (based on the previous bad reviews on the latter).

    I visited Kcuts BB on the first day of their grand opening and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience, similar to what others have shared. However, I decided to give them another chance recently, and I’m glad I did. Pam’s exceptional service completely turned things around for me, and I’m now happy to return to this branch. Keep up the great work!

    Thankfully, I would like to give a best review because of the amazing stylist called Pam.I am always afraid to have my hair cut by a new stylist.     Not only does this branch charge $2 cheaper than the kcuts branches in town, it is also run by an amazing stylist called Pam. Pam was very engaging in conversation and still gave a great haircut in record time. This is how to deliver on a great cut while still offering service. Pam is a stylist that I will gladly pay extra to book. Thanks Pam!

    There’s one lady called Celine Tam (usually seen as the one using her phone) doesn’t cut my hair well and seem unwilling to do her job. when I sat on the seat she keep saying she don’t know how to cut my hair and all. In the end she jus anyhow cut and I can sort of see holes at the back of my head. I think Kcut should review the stylist they hire tbh

    There is this stylist called Celine Tam. Whenever i go to this outlet, i always prefer to get my hair cut by the other stylist Pam. When Celine Tam cuts my hair, shes always very grumpy and seems to be angry at every single thing, haircut also not done well, medium slope requested looks more like a high slope, undercut also very badly done. Kcuts, please improve the stylists that you hire, dont hire people like Celine who has a bad attitude to services, and hire more people like Pam who can cut hair very well and has a wonderful attitude.
    Fire Celine Tam and please get better stylists.
    Hope this outlet can improve this.
    0/10 experience when your hair gets cut by her.

    I came here to get my kids a haircut after their tuition nearby, very convenient spot as it’s just right at the MRT station.
    Was here on a Monday evening and wanted to drop my kids here so I could pack dinner on the way home but the wait time is short so I had decided to stay in the store until the kids were done.
    They have a sitting area inside which is good as they have aircon and I can drink my KOI while waiting.
    It’s a quick cut store so it’s good if you have 2 kids like me with hectic schedule.

    Very bad service! The one staff on duty was busy and watching her phone and when i came in she reluctantly put away her phone and was quite curt in her replies and had a black face throughout the hair cut. She didn’t cut my hair properly either! I will never go back not only to this outlet but to all K-cuts!

    It’s located right at the MRT station, very convenient for me especially when it’s raining. It’s quite a new outlet so all is clean and pleasant for a haircut.
