    Have been going to Karva at East Village for 2 years now. Am always amazed and thankful for the care and dedication Dira shows to her clients. She’s professional in her work and never fails to explain the treatments and products before applying them. Keep it up, Dira❤️

    Love the vibes and hair stylists (Jessica, Lisa and Kak Dira) here. They were gentle with my hair knowing my hair condition. They also recommended and educated me on the best treatments for my hair.

    Lovely service by two wonderful ladies by the name of Miss Dira and Miss Ibit. Me and my cousin did the Naked gorilla treatment which was really therapeutic. My scalp was relatively healthier and my hair was super silky. Kudos to the both stylist who served us with tlc. Will look forward to do the same treatment in the future!

    Great experience with Ms Dira. Did my scalp treatment with her. She assured me and answers all my doubts regarding my scalp. She was so gentle with me. Service was amazing. Definitely will come back!

    Have always done Algana treatment here which is my fave. First time having Dira as my stylist and will ask for her again! Very helpful and patient and gave good advice for my haircare. My hair Colour turned out great too!

    Got the best haircut and treatment ever in my life. From the moment i stepped in till i left, nothing fell short in terms of service, efficiency and attentiveness. Very much appreciative of Dira’s wise advise n tips and friendliness. Sincerity and honesty in her liaison with me. Not forgetting sister Ibit, for your warmth and friendliness!     Service by dirah and ibit are fantastic. Efficient and very customer oriented. Love the colour that dirah recommended! Most importantly, they are not pushy! Will definitely be back again nxt time

    My daughter and I had a very enjoyable and pleasant session at Karva East Village. The hairstylist, Dirah, has excellent product and service knowledge. She gives good recommendation and advices if she feels that client’s request may not suit their appearance.

    The supporting staff on duty, Ibit, was also very warm, cheerful and friendly.

    We highly recommend Karva at East Village.

    I had an amazing experience at Karva East Village , all thanks to hairstylist Dira! She did an exceptional job in understanding the health of my scalp and took great care of my hair. Not only did she give me a fantastic haircut, but she also provided valuable advice on maintaining healthy hair. I can genuinely say that my hair has never looked better. Thank you, Dira, for your expertise and the fantastic results! Will continue coming for my #karvadate. I highly recommend Karva @EastVillage and Dira to anyone looking for top-notch hair care

    Booked an appointment online for Monday and received the confirmation email. Get to the salon and no one is there. The sign on the door says they are open only Thursday – Sunday. Google and their own booking system says they are open Monday – Sunday. Their website has a different opening time to Google, their booking system AND their store front. PLEASE BE CONSISTENT.

    Also don’t allow customers to book when you are closed! Waste everyone’s time 👎

    Ms Jessica is my hair stylist,she is very professional and dedicated to her work.Their customer service excellent.I’m extremely impressed with her work.Will definitely visit again.

    Walked in, after looking for a good salon in my new neighborhood. The reviews were great and the Salon lived up to their reputation. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but most importantly, my hairdresser, Dira, was experienced and good at her profession. She looked at the pictures I offered and understood what I was looking for. The wash was enjoyable and, the styling was natural and well executed and I got exactly the cut I wanted. I’m happy with the results and will come back here again.
