    I mean take a look at their past negative reviews, it’s true. Go at your own risk especially for new customers or old customers that hasn’t been there for a long time. Be it new or old customers, the manager/boss is super hard sell. Basically a scam, meaning they will let you know you left with a balance and you need to complete your service before it expires to lure you to come to the shop but when you go back, they told you that you have to pay more! This isn’t true as one of their staff told me about it. I pity their staffs who worked for this company, unethical ways of earning money. Do better and stop scamming people. Treat your staff better also.

    Did 8 sessions of underarm laser removal so far, happy with the results. Slower hair growth. Friendly staff as well! Recommended

    Visit at your own risk.

    This place is super hardsell.

    It’s a typical hardselling facial salon.

    You go in for “$88 trial” advertisement and be sure you will walk out with a $5000 package?

    That’s how they work. All the good reviews here are obviously done to cover the bad ones. Do your due diligence pls

    Once you sign the package,

    every treatment you will be sold something again.

    Their policy also change like roti prata.

    Before signing the package, everything also can.

    After signing, the next time they will give all kinds of excuse to take away the “freebies” they promised, or claimed they didn’t promise.

    I have been with Kalo Beauty for quite sometime already, even before they moved to Northpoint City. I did OPT hair removal and skin brightening and I noticed results after a few sessions. Ms Yen is very professional in giving beauty advice. Her staff, Tina and Moon are very nice and gentle in doing the treatment. I even recommended my friend to try their services.

    Bought the underarm IPL treatment from FAVE not knowing it was a maintenance package, but I’ve signed up for the full underarm IPL treatment and the results were noticeable after a couple of sessions! Moon makes every session comfortable and enjoyable for me! Also booking a slot is really easy and fuss-free too!

    I am Korean and the result is just what I wished and wanted! I was so skeptical getting lash perm in sg but surprisingly got a Korean beauty level lash perm here. My lashes are very short and thin but it’s so well lifted up, so pretty and well curved! My home is a bit far but I will come back here to get lash perm. The shop interior was well done and also quiet in the private room, I could fall asleep while getting the session so comfortably.

    Did lash lift and upper lip hair removal. Nice curls for lashes and also did see the slowdown of hair growth for upper lip. Been here consistently for the good service. Will recommend

    Had bought a package from fave and eventually top up additional SHR unlimited sessions for underarm ipl. My hair grew finer and hair growth lessened after a couple of sessions throughout the month. The beautician at Kalo beauty are all very understanding and always cater to my desired needs and schedules.

    I’m quite satisfied with the services of Kalo Beauty. I was a customer for underarm IPL from few years back and for years, my underarm has less hair and not dark. Hence, I returned for other services. The staff remains the same and as always, very attentive and caring.

    I was invited to the shop as there was a $38 voucher.All facials start from $98.I did the most basic facial which was cleansing,steam n little extraction ,masage and mask.I found it not worth it as it was too pricey..Too much of hard selling and even products were sold at a expensive price.I will not recommend for the facial as it was not worth the price.However staff are nice but too pushy with sales.

    Have been doing my lash lift here and i enjoyed my ME time here. Staff are all very friendly and accommodating to your needs. They assist to provide all the necessary info needed for your decision making and no hard selling. They welcome you each time you come for your service.

    Did the dermabrasion facial was really impressed with the therapist , Mun. She was straightforward with my skin needs. I also bought Brazilian for the opt! But do take note that you need to pay for shaving! Otherwise overall, good deal!

    Moon massage is superb , love coming to this place . Tina is professional in her face treatment . A must place to go for everyone
