    My waist hurts after sitting for less than two hours a day. Since I did it for Hai’e a few times, it doesn’t hurt every day. It’s really good. It’s very good to find Hai’e therapist for my waist and shoulder pain, and she is also very careful to solve my problem. Her technique is very good ??
