    I took IPL hair removal package at Jean Yip Westgate branch and I am glad to continue having my treatment here because they provide good customer service and professional solution to solve my hair problem. Thanks to my consultant, Cindy who is friendly and helpful. I likewise enjoy the environment here because it’s a quiet place to relax while having the treatment.

    Relaxing and painless service from Talia, absolutely caring & very professional, with good skincare knowledge, who shows concern to customer’s needs and will take extra steps to show care to customers. Also, Shakilah being absolutely lovely, and always response fast to my frequent change of appointment. Thank you all for creating such a wonderful self care experience!

    Talia is always welcoming and sensitive to my needs depending on my facial condition that day e.g. if the face feeling dry, then she will tweak the treatment slightly, or if face is too oily then will try out other mask or treatment. As im afraid of pain during extraction of the sebum in thr pores, the staff Cindy and Talia recommended a pain free and relaxing treatment 🙂

    Went for facial treatment here and Yin Yin did a great guasa facial massage to drain out excess toxic from the face, after consultation from Cindy and Lai Peng. Reccomended for facials here.

    Really friendly staff! Excellent service! YinYin was my beautician and she’s honestly the best! Recommending the right treatment for me, having good conversations, and giving me a good service. Love them!

    (I like the service here. The beautician is also very patient in explaining the treatment. The front desk service is very good and they will not force me to buy the package. I will introduce my friends here❤️❤️)

    I went for their IPL promo service. Talia was in charge of serving me. She provided me with excellent hospitality and service each time I went for their appointment. She keeps the appointment less awkward for me by striking conversations with me. If weren’t for my budget, I would have 100% chosen to continue my IPL journey with her. Would like to commend Talia of her excellent customer service and hospitality ! Thank you so much Talia for making my first IPL experience a wonderful one. ❤️😆
