    Had my hair styled by Priscilla (yes, the same name haha!) at the nex outlet. Very happy with how my haircut turned out 🙂 Super friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely return for future hair trimming!

    From booking of an appointment with JY Nex to completion of hair cut was five star services from the hair cut crew. Was attended by Jun, the shop’s manager. He was a profession and very detailed in his hair styling. He was chatty and provided me with useful hair maintenance tips. He did his job with enthusiasm and did not rush for time even though his booking was full. Will come back for his service because of his attentiveness and my request was met without any issues.

    I had the organic jelli straight treatment done by stylist Edmond and Carmen , and I am really happy with the results! They listened to what I wanted, and my hair turned out great. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was really nice.

    I have been with this NEX branch for years. But this time I am super disappointed and sad. This so-called Jean Yip Hair Spa at NEX with VIP package has slipped its standard so much over the years. What the sales consultant Alicia promised and what the hairstylist Zack will do differed, so they do not honour their full promise, so be careful.

    This branch cannot seem to keep good hairstylists, I have absolutely no complaints and no issue with my previous hairstylist, Apple. Do no choice try a new hairstylist recently. Before CNY, I get my hair coloring and highlight along with a little hair trim(charged full haircut price, but that’s ok, no problem) in order to look good before CNY. If you are have important events, please don’t go, very risky.

    Before CNY, Hairstylist, Zack insisted on a lighter tone highlight for my hair highlight (though I question him), so decided to trust his professionalism. After everything is done, my hair colour looks like I have chunks of white hair look-alike across my entire head (previously I only a few strands of white hair). Omg! Called the centre’s sales consultant Alicia and was informed that stylist will call back. No, Zack did not even bother to call back at all. The next day, I personally went down to the branch to get it fixed, but was told by Alicia no hairstylist is available to fix my issue on CNY’s eve (but has hairstylist to do treatment and deduct treatment cost from package, of course not going to be tricked) and I have to come down a week after CNY again to redo the whole package, when I clarified COLOUR, HIGHLIGHT and HAIR TRIM, she said ‘YES’! I did not feel good the entire CNY after spending about $310 to get some old age looking hair.

    A week after CNY, I got my hair done with Zack and get the colour and highlight tone that I initially wanted to do, should have trusted myself more. Wasted two hours on this. After that, I just wanted Zack to trim my fringe (how difficult can it be right?), he wanted to charge me extra $10 due to CNY. Didn’t I come during CNY period to get my haircut? Then Alicia went back on her word that no haircut is included. So what does ‘redoing the exact stuff’ for you mean?

    I am glad I did not top up $1000 more during my last visit.

    went for a hair cut, and have requested the stylist not to cut too short for overall and keep my fringe, however she still unable do it, definitely not worth for the price! Better go for other salon in Nex.

    I had an exceptional experience with Bryan at Jean Yip! From the moment I stepped into the salon, I felt welcomed and well cared for. Bryan’s attention to detail and passion for his craft truly set him apart.

    He took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered thoughtful suggestions that complemented my preferences. His expertise in cutting, coloring, and styling was evident throughout the session, and the results were beyond my expectations. My hair has never looked or felt this good!

    What also stood out was how professional yet friendly Bryan was. He explained every step of the process, gave useful tips for hair care, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The salon itself was clean, modern, and had a relaxing atmosphere.

    If you’re looking for a hairstylist who is not only talented but also genuinely cares about delivering the best results, Bryan is your go-to person. I can’t recommend him enough and will definitely be returning for future appointments!

    Went for a haircut in NEX branch. I liked the service I had with Priscilla, she also took the time explaining to me the cons of the cut I want to have. She also was the one who shampooed my hair and I enjoyed a bit of head massage. I also like the haircut she did. Really looks neat.
