    Had a pleasant facial experience at Jean Yip Lot 1, the lady that served me was experienced & able to tell me what each step of the facial was for! Should definitely check them out

    I have been going Jean Yip Lot 1 for almost a year and still impressed by how skillful Yvonne is with the scalp treatment. She is detailed and the massage was good.

    I have been a customer of Jean Yip Lot One for more than a decade. Over these years, the manager/ and consultants (Ann, Diona and Sylvia) had been very hospitable and always putting in the effort to maintain the relationship with the customers to provide a comfortable environment for us to unwind.

    My beautician Teresa who took over my profile several years ago is also thorough in her services and she has certainly improved on her skills over these years! Good job!

    For Amy my masseur, who took over my account not too long ago, I am really pleased with her skills. She helps ensure that my issues aka “knots” at my back improves after every session.

    Do try out their services at Lot One!

    I enjoyed my facial and IPL sessions with May and Yong respectively! They are always ensuring that I am comfortable during my session and making sure I’m well taken care of 🙂

    Went to Jean Yip (Lot One) for the 3rd time for my facial treatment package and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and my beautician Yong Yong was both friendly and helpful during my sessions there. Would recommend!

    I have been doing facial and IPL sessions with Jean Yip at CCK Lot 1 for 9 years. I am impressed with their knowledge and they are able to explain the functions of their equipment clearly. Moreover, they are constantly upgrading their products, technology and equipment. Their turn over rate is very low. This means that I have a regular beautician. Highly recommended.

    I have been with Ginger of Jean Yip CCK Lot 1 outlet for more than 20 years. I’m thankful that under the hair treatment package recommended by Ginger, my hair has been well taken care with glow and little white hair. A salute to Ginger’s professionalism in discharging her duties as outlet manager as well as her dedication to work and unfailing guidance to her fellow hair stylists. Her other colleagues are all very friendly and attentive. Good job to Ginger and her team!

    I have signed a package with Jean Yip Lot One CCK for IPL treatment and have been going for there for the past two years. My beautician Yong Yong is very professional and always make sure that everything are done nicely. However, the consultant at the front desk always hard sells – They would invite me into a consulting room, and close the door to ‘discuss’ my treatment plan by hard selling products that I don’t necessarily need. She would criticise my flaws so that I would feel bad about my appearance, and felt obliged to purchase additional package (e.g. add on masks, more IPL shots etc.) from them. I feel very pressurised and stressed whenever I have an appointment with them, as they are very aggressive hard sellers. Please be prepared whenever you decide to visit them!

    They need to stop hard-selling. I spent 2 years there with my beautician Yong Yong who was very professional, experienced and genuinely good service. Other than that, those ladies at the front are terrible hard sellers. They will keep pushing some unnecessary add on service/products to convince you in purchasing the package (and it will always coincidentally be the last week of promotion when you visit), even I already stated my choice but they are really resilient hard-sellers who never give up. And continue to haunt you every single time you visit. Be prepared during your first visit, they will strategically made you feel lousy about your private part (since you won’t have a benchmark on how should it look like). And that will naturally lead you to sign up for the most expensive package, because only they can save your problem now (by creating a non-existing problem). Good strategy anyway, just not to my liking.

    I would keep to give my compliments to my beautician Chong Yong Yong and manager Ann Mak.

    I have been to Jean Yip since year 2007. After chaging a few beautician, i find Yong Yong is the one who really take care of my skin /face. She has been taking well care of my face and teaching me a lot of ways to keep my face smooth n radiance.

    Ann, as a manager is very kind and sociable. She will update me whenever there is any promo that suits me.

    Once again, thank you for both of them. I can say I stick to jean yip beauty because you have this 2 very good staff 👍.

    I have been with Jesline for many years. I really love her facial service. She is very skilled and patience. She is very friendly too. She will chat with me at the right time n let me rest. I will recommend her to anybody.

    I have been with Jean Yip Beauty since 2018 for IPL and facial treatment. I enjoyed every treatment sessions with my beautician May. Will definitely recommend friends who is looking for similar service for the quality experience and result!
