    Will never visit Jean yip Junction 8 again. I felt like most of the time I m just lying in the bed waiting for them. Felt like every process they need to go out of the room. And the sound of the door opening and closing doesn’t give you a peaceful relaxing facial. Other facial company will only leave the room during your mask session. They are always trying to upsell your treatment even though you have a package with them. Today my facial is more than 2 hours whereas normally it takes 1 and a half hours.

    I have been going to Jean Yip for past many years. Every member of the team has been very welcoming and friendly, including tea auntie! Excellent advice received from June for managing scalp issues, and outstanding styling & services received from Jacky and MeiRong. Well done!

    Great service from beautician Vicoo . had purchased 6 facial soothing package and she is the last beautician in my package but certainly gave the best service.

    Vicoo has very gentle hand from extraction to massage. everything is perfectly done. plus she recommend few things for my skin when i said not this time she respect that. (not hard selling that you will be stress) everything went so smooth. I love her shoulder massage 👍

    Will recommend her on my next visit or to my friends. happy with her service

    I m with Jean yip since 1997, started from orchard point till Plaza SG, aftr yr2000 I moved to J8 till now, the staff here are very friendly esp Jane, Fiona n Jacky n Pauline. they become my good friends now. Their service are super..give them a thumb 👍

    Been with them for more than 20years, these few years the hard selling has been getting from bad to worse.

    Selling of treatment on treatment bed, holding on to your credit card for excessively long periods of time to sell more
    products are tactics that they often use.

    The friendliness of the staff is really all about selling packages, do not be fooled.

    Beautician will bother you for upgrades of treatment when you are in the treatment room even though you already bought facial package.

    In addition, they will make you feel confuse on the package you paid for.

    They will lure you in for a free treatment, you will experience a great facial and I felt price was reasonable enough for 6 more session of what I just went through.

    However, when I’m back for treatment today, I left feeling annoyed instead of feeling satisfied.

    Very friendly and excellent service from Therapy Kelly, feel relaxed after having full body massage. Should try both massage and facial. Nice staff.

    I’ve been going to Jean Yip to do my monthly facial treatment for years. Beautician Vicoo and Miko always takes very good care of my skin and suggest effective treatments. Every session is relaxing and feels like spa.

    The staffs are all very nice and caring as well. They went the extra mile and even suprised me with birthday cake on my birthday.

    Thank you Jean Yip staff for taking good care of my skin over the years! Will continue to be a loyal member of the beauty salon.

    i had pigmentation issue and Elise the beautician recommended the right treatment for my skin. She is very jolly and accommodating. you will at home.

    skin consultant Michelle recommended to try the more affordable package and customised the package suitable for our budget.

    Thank you to manager Jacqueline for the extra free session to enjoy.

    Overall it was a good experience in Jean Yip Bishan

    Am a customer at jean yip besuty bishan, counter staff Andrea is very well versed on the internet stuffs and able to assist with payment atome. My beautician Maggie did a good job on my face and i have seen noticable results with less wrinkles on my neck. Consultant Fanny is very helpful and friendly and will let me know the latest treatmemt suitable for me.

    I had been a customer of Jean Yip for more than 20 years. It started with Carol who is my hairstylist and she is not only my hairstylist but also hairstylist for my hubby and son. Our whole family had been a regular customer of Jean Yip. I must say I like Carol service as she is very attentive and also her skills met our requirement. Beside Hair services, I am also using their beauty service and my beautician Vicoo and Consultant Fanny have been very patient with me. Vicoo is very jovial and she understands my need and always provide the right treatment for my face. Fanny is also very patient in explaining the treatment and package to me and most important they are not very pushy. Sometime when I told them I don’t have the extra cash to buy package, they will think of a way to reduce the number of treatment and use their rebates to offset some of the cost…Thumbs up. I understand that their package is not cheap, but I still believe if you want to get a package which can provide a stable service and will not close down, please go for a better brand. I have use them for more than 20 years, so I believe they can provide a long term service.

    If you like chit chatting, go to Jean Yip Beauty at Junction 8. You can hear them laughing, chatting loudly while trying to have some peace and quiet during facial.

    Upon knowing that I decided not to sign another package after all the hard selling, they just finished my facial session quickly and give me a normal mask sheet and job done.
