    I have visited Jean Yip for more than a decade. For as long as I can remember, Melanie, Hedy and Kelly have been providing excellent customer service, meeting my needs, and being very understanding. I’m very fortunate to have met them.

    All staffs in causewaypoint r friendly. Thumb up. Hedy is a nice n helpful person to Eileen hand skill is very good. Had signed up packages after 1st trial.

    So far the best service I’ve had in the facial salons in Singapore.

    Trustworthy and professional.

    Been a customer since 2020, and I keep renewing my facial packages with them. Always a joy whenever I visit monthly for my facial maintenance. They take very good care of me and my face.

    People I’ve worked with: Hedy, Michelle, Melanie. They are such a joy.

    Good service not just at front end explaining the package and facial options, also at the back end of providing the facial itself.

    After going through 15 IPL sessions, some visible hairs are still growing, which is quite disappointing as I was told that IPL could eliminate hair completely before I purchase the package, though during the session another staff told me it wouldn’t (honestly I feel deceived, and that this was a marketing tactic). Generally friendly staff, but I realised the way staff carried out the procedure is slightly different. After the IPL shots, the staff would usually apply cooling gel and wet a towel, before wiping the gel away. But once there was a staff who just applied the super cold gel and told me she would leave me alone to cool down first, before coming back again 2-3 mins later. The gel is rly icy cold and uncomfortable. Am glad only had her to do the treatment for me once.

    I have been visiting this branch for over a decade now. Beautician Kelly is very skilful and would recommend different treatment depending on my skin condition at the time of my visit. Consultant Hedy & Manager Melanie are also very knowledgeable and would recommend good deals and are super friendly. Always leaving with lots of laughter after every visit. Feels like happy family here. Definitely recommend this branch! 😄

    I have my monthly facial done here with beautician Kelly. And was served by Hedy and Melanie as well. They were very professional in dealing with my concerns of my freckles; especially as they recommended relevant treatments for my face. Great service and friendly staff!

    Jean yip beauty at causeway point is my go to facial place. I was indeed sceptical when I bought my first package but it’s my 3rd package now.. Manager Melanie, consultant Hedy and beautician Doris have all became like my family now, I don’t even have to explain my needs but they know it all… I am so comfortable to the extent I have made my husband to try facials with me.. Thank you Jean Yup for such excellent service

I like the environment ambience, cleanliness and tidiness of the room and their warm service by Manager Melanie, consultant Hedy and beautician Doris and attend to my facial concerns.
