    I had my great experience with Moon.. A young gal who has very good skill , passionate on “drawing” and designing my eyebrows. Thanks to her as the whole process is painless. The colour tones look natural and I look forward to the outcomes after a few days. 🙂

    Did hybrid brows with Moon at Ivy Brow Beauty. She is very professional, knowledgeable and during the process she will check with you a few times if you are alright. And from the start when i enquired on the service, the team is very helpful:) So i highly recommend! 😁

    Most comfortable experience! The place is clean and bright. Moon is very gentle and patient (and she is pretty too) .. her skills are great! I don’t feel pain (some instances I fell asleep) and I absolutely love the outcome! Best part, no hard selling and the price is as per advertised!

    I had the best misty eyebrow embroidery experience today. Moon whom did my eyebrows is gentle, professional and gorgeous. She explained that my based colour (red) needed more rounds to cover and because my old brows were uneven, she patiently helped me perfect them. She is such a gem!

    I felt asleep during the process. The salon is very clean and the bed is comfortable.

    The best part is that the price is so so affordable. Comes with a lovely bottle of aftercare gel. No hard sell. I’m impressed!

    Did my eyebrow with Nano hairstroke by Moon yesterday. She listens to the kind of eyebrows you want to do and adjust it according to your preference. (Thank you, i really love my brows :)! ) It kinda hurts but dont worry, you can let her know and the pain will disappear cuz they put some cream. So dont be scared as it was my first time too. 10/10 will recommend. and yes the eyebrows are symmetrical. 🙂 Thank you Moon, see you for touch up hehe

    I am very satisfied with my eyebrow done by moon, she is very patience and would explain anything that i ask, she would also expain on how to take care of the eyebrow after doing it. i would recommend her to anyone that wish to do their eyebrows

    I’m very pleased with my brown that done by Ms. Moon yesterday, i know this place thru FB. I was quite skeptical in the first place due to my past bad experience at other places and asked some questions and she is very patience and kind to explain it and she is very meticulous and careful and salvaged my eyebrown.

    Moon is very professional were so attentive and made sure the experience was painless. Her skill was on point and explanation was very clear, the end result is natural, better then expected. Highly recommend and the environment is very clean and comfortable!! Would go back again!

    Stumbled upon this salon from an Instagram pop up.

    Having been taken for a ride with another eyebrow salon at Far east Plaza, I was really skeptical. However, upon reading the reviews and owners promise on ‘ no hard sell’ I decided to give it a go.

    I had my eyebrows done 20 yrs ago so needless to say, they look dated.

    I have had my brows done countless times, all embroidery ( hairlike strokes)

    In fairness, they all look beautiful.

    However, after scabbing, you literally can see the strokes falling off, sticking onto dead skin.

    I have done it like 4 times ( 3 different beauticians)

    I will be back to square 1, bar hundreds of £ poorer.

    That still did not stop me searching for a shot at it, hoping, just hoping, one day the brows sticks.

    So, ivy brow beauty here I come.

    Upon arriving, I was briefed by the stages the procedure will be performed.

    I was not at any time pressured, hard sell.

    The price quoted was what you pay.

    I visited another brow salon in far east once. I was quoted a price, once they put the numbing cream on, I was told if I wanted beautiful brows, it would be additional $400, taking the total to $798.

    I was furious, that’s despicable selling techniques.

    In contrast, I was immediately impressed by Ivy’s honesty in pricing.

    I decided on the misty brows as she suggested it should be ‘sticking’ more than the feather stroke ones’

    I’m excited to see the results after the scabs comes off.

    She was patient and also made sure I do not feel any pain.

    She took care of the shape of my brows,

    Asking for suggestions if I needed any changes.

    All in all, I’m very happy with this Salon.

    A good honest beautician which is so lacking in this industry.
