    Had head & shoulder with reflexology for an hour. The masseuse actually fell asleep during session so got nothing done. Worst massage ever

    They used to be decent years ago. I thought I try it today since it was my day off. OMG it was absolutely awful. I specifically asked for experience and someone strong because I got a bad back. I was assigned a middle age male masseuse, and the receptionist said this person is very experienced. So I was fine with it.

    Within seconds, I felt like a piece of meat being slap with oil marinate. There was zero technique, he was just fast and all over the place, there no pressure point. This not Javanese massage. I was really close to walking away. But I did endure the horrible 60mins and paid $72 for getting tortured.

    So the receptionist asked me how was it, I said not good. And rightly so, she asked if I could share my experience. I told her how bad and fast he was but she said because i chose the 60mins, the masseuse was trying to rush and make it on time…

    Seriously ?, I told her it’s ok don’t worry about it. Thanks but no thanks. Ok bye.

    Great massage. Great vibe. Really helped with my back and stiff shoulder. Would definitely recommend.

    Waste time and money. Came out feeling angrier & more stressful. We know how a bad massage lead to emotional traumatised .

    I went for massage in Kinex and Siglap previously so many times. Was massaged by Indonesian ladies. Was very good but I just went Kinex branch today (26 March 2022) for a 2 hours massage and was massaged by a non Indonesian lady and was told her name is NaNa. She only rubs the body and cause pain. I don’t know what massage she was doing but it was definitely not traditional javanese massage. It’s like going to an Indonesian restaurant ordering Indonesian food but they serve you street food that’s not even edible. I don’t know what the owners are doing but it’s having staff like this that can make the whole establishment collapse. Don’t bother going for massages here. Look at all the bad reviews now. It’s not worth trying your luck and hoping you get a good masseuse.

    My therapist Liza was very skilled and nice, she is very good at pushing and stroking. Enjoyed myself with the experience.

    Went with a few friends, we are massage regulars especially back when we could go JB. I’m positive this is a scam. What we experienced can be better described oil rub then massage. Much less “traditional Javanese massage”. Basically just putting oil, rub then wipe. No pressure and no technique for the entire hour. I could have given better massage myself. Don’t patronise. It’s so bad I’m not even that angry because it’s so obviously a scam.

    The therapist keep burping and discharging gas from her mouth, was disgusting

    Not worth for the price you pay for. Therapist clearly not properly trained. She kinda rush for the treatment to end quickly. Not going to recommend this place to anyone.
