    It was a positive experience and the pricing are very affordable because it’s located in the neighbourhood.

    The whole process was very smooth and comfortable, I really love their shampoo series ?

    Best part was when they clean your ears using cotton bud, it’s not painful at all and the sound you hear is also very therapeutic.
    My hair feels really soft after the head treatment, and I felt relaxed too!

    Highly recommend to try out their head spa treatment ?

    got the aqua head therapy spa, super relaxing. fell asleep for awhile even though i wanted to stay up to enjoy the massages hahaha. definitely coming back

    Went for a gel manicure on 9 March, and less than a week later I already experienced lifting from the gel polish (on the free edge AND on the nail bed, indicating poor nail prep). Was already quite shocked when she took out cuticle cutters from a UV sanitizer machine that had the switch turned off. There were many other items in the machine, not all mail related so it looks like a storage space instead. The service I got was maybe one of the worst I received – when I had to put my hand into the UV lamp the nail artist would tap my hand instead of speak to me (she would talk to other customers instead). Midway through nail prep, I asked her to match the length of my nails to my thumb which was currently the shortest. To my horror, she took a nail clipper and clipped my thumb, making it even shorter than the rest and said “like that?” in a very annoyed tone. After she was done shaping, I asked her to clean up the shape of my nails since it was still quite messy and not even at all. She looked at me quite shocked, and said she hadn’t even started on the shaping. I was slightly embarrassed and let her carry on. She mildly shaped them afterward, and immediately started putting the gel base coat. At this point, my nails were still poorly shaped and not up to the standard that their other reviews reflect. The design I went for was the glazed donut style, priced at $78 ($38 for normal gel, $30 for the chrome). Not worth my money at all. Really not sure why they get such good reviews when I had a terrible experience here.

    Lack of staff but accepted my walk-in but had to deal with the unhappy lady boss who’s helping me do my mani & pedi. Terrible service & attitude. Don’t accept walk-in customers if the lady boss herself don’t want to do the job. I did not pay to have a sloppy job done and having served with an attitude. Place is also filthy and machines/appliances are not cleaned. Last time I’m patronising this place.

    Nobody puts on footwear when the paint is not dry yet, in my experience of doing my nails, I have never had a salon forcefully make me put on my flip-flops and trying to navigate it my feet such that the paint gets untouched. As you know that will surely risk it to touch the nails that’s not even half-dried. Despite your lack of English communication, it usually is the body language that shows your attitude. I also speak mandarin, you could have communicated in Mandarin. And it is part of the service to allow your patrons to dry their nails thoroughly and not speak as though you now have to wait a little longer because of a mishap of trying to put on my footwear before it’s even dried.

    My first visit here and went for Aqua Head Spa VIP3 service. Really enjoyed the session and had a satisfying spa service. No hard selling like some other spa. Overall leave with a happy heart. Also booked another session for my next visit. ?????

    excellent Aqua Head Therapy Spa ! definitely will come back for the VIP sessions . the best was when she did a water trick on the ears !! WAAAAHHHHH it was really relaxing ?? please give it a try ?

    Went to do the popular 60 mins aqua head therapy and it was so amazing! The owner Sarah did the session for me and she was so skilled! Would definitely come back every month for a pampering session.

    Manage to secure a slot after watching Tiktok and decided to give it a try. Price was worth it. It is very relaxing and therapist are skillful. Location is not hard to find as its located beside a coffeeshop.

    did the Aqua Head Therapy Spa and it was absolutely relaxing. i was afraid of the ear candling/ water in ear therapy but it was honestly very calming and it didn’t hurt one bit! i would definitely go back again!

    Had my 1st session without appointment on 2nd Feb. Truly amazing experience after going through the VIP $88 head therapy. Felt refresh after session.

    Best hair spa i have ever experienced! the facials very relaxing and all the steam really opened up my pores and the scrub cleaned my skin like a dream. The best part of this experience was the ear cleaning. They flushed out my ears really well and the water didn’t get stuck in surprisingly! Will definitely come here again as the ladies were very friendly and attentive.
