    Be prepared for some hard selling. Don’t believe their ads. It will be more expensive that what they publish. They will recommend multiple treatments for your ‘multiple flaws’ that you never knew you had. Be prepared to be pressured into buying a package with the beauticians constantly saying it’s recommended by the doctors

    Be prepared to wait for more than an hour for your treatment. Poor management of time.

    ** you can only see good reviews in their IG as they either block or hide the negative reviews of the people that had bad experience** im wondering my comment here was also deleted multiple times.

    Sum up of my experience to this clinic:
    Paid a total of over 1K sgd to make my skin worst
    Pico and yellow laser caused me breakout; which they didnt inform as the adverse effect
    Expensive Sylfirm caused me Acne in the middle of my nose(almost tip) and small pimples here and there
    They denied to refund my unused CO2 service paid in advance as i no longer trust them(Checking now which gov agency can report this)
    They didnt provide the OR for the services they done to me on my first visit even if the attendant told me that she was going to send it but i have a record in my bank account of total amount. Only the second visit OR was sent to me via whatsapp.

    Long story:
    Contacted them via IG due to advert of PICO laser 88sgd promo for 2 sessions. Of course, first thing was asked them if this pico laser will cover/solve my milia seeds(few) concern. Before my first visit, they confirmed TWICE that may concern was covered by pico laser with 1 day downtime. The first time i scheduled got cancelled as i was already in the area when my stomach ached. Then they contacted me again, i gave a go. On my appt of first visit, the Doctor checked my face and told me that it requires multiple session for PICO laser (and he confirmed no adverse effect or whatsoever) however, he advised CO2 laser instead but not an option for that time as im travelling on Christmas and lots of gathering was expected. Since i cant afford a long downtime, I opt for pico laser and the Doctor also recommended the yellow laser. At the end, I paid the promo pico laser, yellow laser and CO2 laser(unused, advance payment). On 3rd day after the laser, i started seeing pimples on my face specially at the lower lip/upper chin area. While overseas, decided to go to derma that made the breakouts slowly settle as well as some milia seeds removed. A week after i arrived back to sg, i requested an appt to this clinic and voice out the issue of breakout. The Doctor told me it was because of hormonal in balance( its not even my period yet when it occured and i never had lots of pimples at the same time) then he advised to try the EXPENSIVE Sylfirm for the pimples with skin lifting, unfortunately I agree as it will solve the further occurrence of breakout as per advised (which was caused by the pico and yellow lasers). On 4th day of after the Sylfirm, big ACNE popped into may face and its in ALMOST CENTER TIP of my nose!(imagine having it while at office/working so i covered it with Acne Patch bought on same day). Issues over issues for the laser services they advised. Spent over 1K sgd to make my skin worst and not even covered my main concern prior of visiting them

    I have requested to refund the unused advance payment of CO2 laser as doing it might cause me more issue with my skin but they denied it (even i sent to them the latest picture of acne on my nose) but asked me to go there for the doctor to see, unfortunately I don’t trust their services anymore and might ended up paying more services to solve the issue caused by services they’ve done to me.

    Learnings:
    Be vigilant with the services they’re telling you specially if it will not solve your main concern of why u approached them to avoid huge regret.
    Should took my first cancelled appt as sign not to go there ever

    I have scar problem in many years. I have done at Hills Aesthetics here for Sylfirm x and Injection Rejuran S + Juvelock total 5 times with doctors here.

    Can see very big improvement at my deep scar. I will be continue for my long term maintenance of my skin.

    All the staff also provided good service to me 100% recommended

    Honestly my own opinion very good services. I took Sylfirm 6 sessions and this is my 2nd sessions.

    I’m satisfied with my result. I will definitely refer my friends and family to here thanks hills aesthetics❤️

    Visited here Novena outlet for their Pico laser promo. This was my first laser treatment.

    Environment here is nice and clean. The doctors and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Would like to commend Adeline for her warm hospitality and sharing her own skin care journey.

    I’m done my first treatment picolaser for my pigmentation and I love their services so much

    The staff are friendly, and helpful, and Doctor was gentle during the treatments. The atmosphere of the clinic is quiet and clean. Not to mention that their treatments are very reasonably

    Highly recommend Hills if you are looking for some treatments! Was referred here by friends, and Doctor was very attentive and took time to explain to me the procedures. As I am new to some of these treatments and has PHOBIA of injections (etc..), he took every step to make sure I was comfortable. My experience during Profhilo injection was good, not painful and definitely see the results!

    Comfortable and warm environment. Doctors and team here is very detailed and patience. I did pico laser and hifu here. They treat every inch of my skin with care. Love the caring team who always makes me feel welcome!

    If you’re looking for an aesthetic clinic that really knows what they’re doing, this is the one. I’ve been to several clinics in the past, but this one stands out for their attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction. I couldn’t be happier with the results! Sign up for more package during their promotion. Best thing is the price is cheaper also 😂

    Third time here at Hills Aesthetics Clinic for my rejuran healer skinbooster and as always, dr is very gentle when doing the treatment. Everytime i am here, staff will ask me for my review and make sure my skin is doing better after each visit. Staffs here are also super friendly!! Glad to be in good hands thank you. :0

    First time here, was really impressed with the professionalism at Hills Aesthetics Clinic. They took the time to thoroughly explain the procedures and the treatments recommended for my face. Adeline was great — she was professional and didn’t push any hard selling like other clinics do. Plus, the PicoLaser prices were quite reasonable compared to what I’ve seen elsewhere. Definitely will be recommending Hills Aesthetics, and will be coming back again after finishing my package with another clinic

    I switched between a few clinics, but this is by far the best. I received Rejuran and Pico Laser treatments here. The prices are very affordable compared to many other clinics, and most importantly, I saw fast results!

    Additionally, the staff are all very helpful in answering your queries and are not pushy about selling you their packages.

    Therefore, I highly recommend Hills Clinic for those seeking solutions to their skin problems.

    Highly recommend Doctor here at Hills Aesthetic clinic. Good hand on Aesthetic Doctor with professional skills and knowledgeable. Has been go though my teatment program for Sylfirm, Profhilo, Picolaser and Yellowlaser. I satisfied with the result! Good environment. Price are affordable and No hard selling at all! Looking forward to my every visit in this place👍🏻

    I checked several medical aesthetic clinics online, and this one has the most reasonable price. Doctor here is also very professional and explained my problem to me in detail. I also checked that the equipment is genuine, and i did Hifu & Rejuran here the results are satisfactory to me. I introduced two friends to come here and they are also very satisfied with the results. The clinic assistants are also very friendly, so I decided to write a review to show my support.

    Went for my second session pro yellow laser this morning. Staffs were extremely nice and one of them (forgot her name) even went extra mile to help me grab my things after seeing me struggling because i have numbing cream on my face and am lying down so cant move. And doctor very patient and gentle towards my skin. Thank u everyone for taking care of my skin 🙂

    I doing treatment hifu and Nucleofill Injection with Hills Aesthetics Clinic. After done 3 session already can see good improvement with lifting and laugh line . All the staff very patient and provide very good service to me.

    Visited this place for the first time and the staff here served me and my fiancée very well with the explanations.

    Doctor went on to further elaborate the needed treatment for each of us and gave us in-depth views on the respective treatment needed tailored for us. I was recommended profhilo and ultherapy treatment.

    Overall a pleasant visit and would come back again for follow-ups.

    Was nervous because it’s my first time trying Ultherapy after surveying for some time.

    Saw their promotion on socmed and came to try. Doctor was polite and explained in details. There was no hard sell by the staff.

    Can see results immediately after my ultherapy treatment and doctor explained that repeated treatment needed to achieve better results as well as maintenance.

    Overall nice experience and recommended.
