    Shuny,front desk of Highbrow is a very jolly and accommodating receptionist.

    Therapist Ginny did a wonderful job with my gel manicure and lash lift. The overall experience was fantastic! Also prices of services are very reasonable. I will definitely come back when back in singapore.

    I am so thankful for a lovely place with excellent care and service, with no hard selling tactics. Guiling, who’s very experienced and highly skilled did my brows with painless ease and Shuny, the manager, are very friendly and sincere in their services. I really appreciate their professionalism and warm hospitality, and would highly recommend them.

    excellent service by eyebrow embroidery specialist hailey and her colleague shuny. They patiently listened for my preference in the design, and executed exactly what i wanted efficiently. they made me feel comfortable and the environment was very nice as well. i will come back for sure.

    Did nails there under a redeemed visit. Would highly recommend as they do NOT hard sell. Making this a much more pleasant experience. No nonsense comments about how one should add on special foot scrubs or anti fungus treatments. The lady that did my nails did them well and cleaned my cuticles thoroughly. She was polite throughout and skilled. At the end she gently suggested if I would like to take up a package, I replied no thanks and there was no further pushing. Many ladies during lunch time come for quick treatments. Location is very convenient, underground walk from city hall. I would actually consider taking a package with them if I worked closer

    the staff were friendly, helpful and approachable! appreciated how hailey, therapist who did my nails, was very detailed throughout the entire process of cutting to filing to painting and even to checking and repairing!! would definitely visit again 🙂

    I’ve been doing my eyelash at Highbrow for years and my friends always complement that my lashes looks really pretty and natural. Highly recommend Hailey who knows what lashes to use to suit my eye shape and her technique makes my lash last super long 🙂

    Don’t book through classpass. Despite booking a slot when you arrive they’ll tell you you should have called in advance. Poor service and waste of time

    Fantastic service with Meri and the rest of the staff! It is extremely easy to book an appointment, and Meri makes you feel very comfortable during the treatment process. Meri and Highbrow Capitol are definitely going to be my go-to from now on!

    my therapist was angeline and the service was amazing! it was painless and my cuticles were done so well! the people there were also so nice and friendly and welcoming! loved the colour choices too! i booked on classpass so do remember to whatsapp them before making a booking so that they can confirm your slot before you book!

    Wonderful experience at Highbrow Capitol that I will definitely recommend:)

    This is my 1st time getting my lashes done and I wanted something very natural. My therapist Angeline was very patient in understand my needs and concerns. The outlet manager was also very welcoming and warm.

    They made a fabulous recommendation and I am so happy with the results! Exactly what I wanted!! The whole process was comfortable and I fell asleep!

    No hard sell, no sales talk, just really focused on meeting my needs. Great experience and thank you!!!

    This is my first time intent to do my eyebrow I found the right place for my eye embroidery the team is well trained skill Ginny is the one who did my brow am very satisfied with her brow drawn she is friendly & caring make sure I am alright without any pain or discomfort when doing my brow. The team have an excellent customer service.

    I have been with highbrow since 2017. From 2021, Kailing has been doing for me and she is skillful and good. However recently (year 2023), I encountered eyelash removal done by other 2 staffs because Kailing is not available and my eyes really sting a lot. The glue went into my eyes and both times after removal, my eyes were red for days. The staffs blamed it on the glue used by the company however I do not encounter such issue previously when removal not done by them. Now that Kailing is not in the company, I do not know who to go to as I am left with many times for my package. If I have a choice now, I would not go back as it can be really stressful. Really hope to finish my package soon.
