    I have been going to hanbang for the past few years and have seen visible changes to my skin throughout the years 🙂 it is definitely smoother and plumper than it was hehe thank you Audrey and Erin for always making each session a relaxing and comfortable one!! Have been and will always recommend this place to my friends and family 🙂

    Been with hanbang for a year now and am always satisfied with their fabulous service. Their massage technique is amazing and would always talk me through my skin concerns. Will continue to be a loyal customer with them. Highly recommended

    I really enjoyed the warmth and friendly service of the staffs there. Audrey, who always greets the customers with a warmth smile. She’s also a understanding & attentive person. A few occasions, while I’m early n waiting for my turn, she would either serve me with a 🥤of drink or little snacks. She’s also always ready to assist in any of your doubts and request. While my personal therapist, Lin Lin, she really has great hands, good facial massage technic and strength. I ultimately chose Hanbang over other korean like facial places was because, I have sunken cheeks, especially so when I’m super busy & stressed at work & lost weight as a result. The geunmak way of facial massage allows better blood circulation. Overtime, I do look better, more energetic & my cheeks less sunken. Lin Lin could really help me with attaining my objective (still in progress but i do see improvement as friends does comment that i looked better already). She’s also very attentive to my needs by ensuring I’m comfortable throughout the session. This is unlike usual facial therapy sessions becuase it comprises alot of hand technic, strength at massaging your face as well as your shoulders. Everytime, after the session, i felt my stiff muscles which builds up overtime due to a stress etc is released! Another point, they DON EVER HARD SELL SKIN PRODUCTS. They are really focused on customer objective & customer service. Basically, even if you have your own regular therapist, the other therapist will always greet you with a smile. The team seems to have a good bond n vibe (like a family). I really felt I’ve made a good ‘facial investment’ with Hanbang. Taking this opportunity to thank the Hanbang Team, Lin Lin and Audrey for their wonderful & sincere services! Keep up the good work! 😊

    Very disappointed! The counter staff at Wheelock branch was very rude and blatantly mentioned that they don’t entertain walk in customers. Do remember you are in a service industry every customer is a business opportunity! Better wake your staff up. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    It was my first time there and I had an amazing experience. The environment is very cozy and the therapist that attended to me was very friendly. She was very gentle and gave me a very good massage. She also explained to me patiently about my skin concerns. Highly recommend, I would love to come back again 🙂

    Went there to do a facial treatment, facial consulter was nice but I told her to avoid the eye area as I just did my lash lift on the same day. She ensured me that they won’t touch the eye. However I have to stop the technician about 6 times as she kept touching my eyes and even put a wet towel over my eyes. I couldn’t even enjoy the treatment while worrying over my lashes Thank god I only went for the first trial. I don’t think I will be coming back again after that bad experience.

    A wonderful experience.Thank to beauty consultant Audrey who helping me do skin analysis to know my skin condition. She also answered all my questions and gave me pointers about going forward. I felt my skin was very well rejuvenated after try their treatment and I felt the cost of the treatments were relatively reasonable.

    Definitely would be coming back! 11/10 💖

    I went for a facial at Hanbang Skin Solution at Wheelock after seeing good reviews about it. But much to my disappointment and dissatisfaction, there are lots of small red bumps on my face after the facial treatment. It was also very itchy. I expected some compensation or refund so I called up and talked to Audrey who consulted me during my visit.

    She said that there’s no refund. What they can do is to provide me with a soothing treatment or a box of facial masks. Who will dare to go down again to try their facial after this bad experience. As for the compensation of the box of mask, I can buy it anywhere outside. I have tried many other facial salons and have never experienced such bad results and service. I will never visit this place again.

    Was introduced to Hanbang Skin by a friend. It was my first time attending a facial and I’m very satisfied with their service and provided by beauty consultant Audrey. She very friendly and was very patient and explain to me during cosultation and professional to provide treatment and helping me understand my skin status. I see a difference try out their geunmak therapy and leaves me feel rejuvenated and lifting. Signing up for a package with them was a great decision!Would definitely recommend Hanbang Skin！！

    Went for my first session at the Wheelock outlet and absolutely loved it. Very professional service, no hard-selling, gave you the full service even though you’re paying for the trial.

    I did the Intense Lifting Luxurious Care and my face felt rejuvenated and lifted afterwards. The facial and shoulder massage was AMAZING. They’re really more about the technique. My cheeks and jaw felt a little sore for a couple of days but that’s normal.

    Signed up for a mini 3-session package afterwards and can’t wait for my next session!

    Been coming to Hanbang since before covid, I like their service and friendly beautician, esp Febe. She’s bubbly and cheerful. Found out she’s leaving soon, wishing her all the best and will definitely miss chatting with her. So far all of the beautician are not very pushy which made the experience quite pleasant. Probably one of the main reason I kept coming back although I stay pretty far from Orchard. Personally love the massage and product they use. Hopefully the price don’t increase too much next year. Thanks!

    Febie has always been gentle and thorough. I’ve always felt refreshed and relaxed after my facial, and it’s all thanks to Febie! 🙂

    Audrey has also been prompt and attentive to my requests when it comes to rescheduling my appointments. She is always ready to help 🙂

    I have been with them since 2018. The reason I had never switched to else where since then is because their service, skills, profession and approach are really much better than some other skincare salons. And they are not pushy but sincerely respect your choices and give the best solutions. I would say all their beauticians are good especially Eileen. She went all out to make sure my face and neck were very well taken care of. Satisfactory!
