    I’ve signed up for their service since 2020 and they have very good service and consultant. Oyu, their consultant is very knowledgeable and provides great service. I’ll definitely recommend them for their hair extensions and hair matrix.

    I did my hair extensions around in July to fix make it look voluminous for my upcoming wedding. Just about 2-3 weeks after I did it, the extensions became really frizzy and no matter how much leave on I apply it doesn’t help. I don’t think it’s suitable for individual who don’t know how to maintain it. The lady who sold me told me that I need 2 packets (total 16 pieces for my hair). I’ve really thin hair and now I’m really wondering if I need so many pieces. I did my removal as it was so frizzy and badly tangled up. The process of removing was painful. And I lost a lot of hair in the process, they told me it’s natural hair loss BUT it’s too much to be true and my scalp was pulled all the time during the process. They wanted to charge me $15 each piece for removal. I remembered only when you need to touch up then have to pay $15 per piece. So eventually they told me to pay $7.50 per piece for my removal. After removing, my hair was EVEN thinner than before I even went for extensions. I’m quite disappointed.

    I did hair extensions here a few months ago and they informed me the removal was $50. (April or May) A few months later (Sept) when I came for removal, they told me the charges were $98 inclusive of wash and blow. This wasn’t what I was told months ago.

    Ok fine, then I told them I didn’t want the wash and blow , could it be cheaper then ? They said no and informed me that they had to use some solutions to remove the extensions so a wash and blow would be needed and is all included. Since I didn’t have a choice , I accepted it and made an appointment (cos the day I walked in they said they were full).

    When I turned up for my appointment, they removed the hair extensions but told me that wash and blow wasn’t included ???????!!!!!! They made it sound like I heard it wrongly. I was really angry and made sure they clarified this so called “misunderstanding.” They are a dishonest business and I will never return again. Those who choose to go here – make sure whatever they tell you is in black and white because what they will do is accuse their fellow colleagues (who “happen” to be on leave). Anyway I’m not surprised, another dishonest hair salon just trying to fleece their customers – nothing special.

    Wow! I mean this is just AMAZING 💫 this salon is without a doubt the best experienced salon and masters when it comes to Caucasian hair. The blonde experts here are extremely talented and personalized a beautiful hair makeover for me! I couldn’t be happier! The stylist Mai was the most friendly, funny, and kind stylist I have ever met. They use state of the art techniques and our leaders in their industry. I am so happy I chose to go here and will never make the mistake of going to another salon again.

    Hairdreams are not just excellent in their hair services, a group of friendly team and most importantly they provide me with a solution for my hair thinning that I had been facing for the past 10 years. They give me healthy, fuller and longer hair in just 2 hours using 100% real human hair and im totally amaze by the way I look and the technology was impressive, not just giving me my confidence back but also my youth.     I highly recommended this place because i like to bleach my hair and try all sort of colouring on my own hair but due to bleaching really cost my hair to break and damage. I wanted to have beautiful long hair again so I found out about hairdreams on facebook. They recommended me to lengthen my hair so it can look much longer but need to made my hair looks healthy by darken my hair colour. The stylist understand I like fashion colour so instead of bleaching my hair the give me hairdreams hair with beautiful creative color on it that can last and don’t have to damage my hair. I love it and finally regain beautiful long hair with virbrant colours. Good job and excellent services. Cheers.
