    Decided to sign up for the small face package after the 1st tryout. Friendly therapists and clean room. Hope to see more significant result after a few more sessions.

    Yiyin is a very professional and reassuring therapist. I’m trying out the small face treatment as my face is not symmetrical due to my teeth grinding. Though a tat bit uncomfortable during the process, I can see results after the treatment!

    I’ve been with them for a couple of months now and I really loved the small face treatment here! The therapist here (Kate) is very professional too! Would totally recommend this place to my friends who is looking to have a smaller face.

    It has been more than 3 years since I started with Facia Ginza and love the experience. The place is clean, massage is very effective (even my guy friends notice the difference) and I like it that there is no hard selling. My therapist, Vivian has been incredible.

    This is a great beauty salon. I’ve loved it since my first visit. Kate is a very careful and reliable!! I have done pore cleaning, small-face care and moisturizing here, and I enjoy my stay here every time. I now come every few weeks and highly recommend it!!

    Nice ambience and decor. Friendly and warm therapist – Yi Yin from Orchard Outlet as well. Like that they dont hard sell packages to customers, and are transparent with the prices! Thumbs up!

    Have been visiting Facia Ginza before the pandemic started in 2020. Tried about 6 different therapists at both Clarke Quay Central and Delfi branches throughout these years for small face massages and facial. All therapists are very experienced, while some are more attentive and meticulous than others.

    Small face massages helped in relieving the puffiness in my face and eyes. Also in alleviating my stiff shoulders and sore neck from prolonged desk bound work. For first timers, the pain score could be as high as 8/10. As i have visited Facia Ginza for almost 20x now, the pain is bearable. I am a firm believer that if there’s no pain, there will be no gain!

    For facial, we get to choose from hydrating, whitening and pore care. I would usually go with the therapists’ recommendation, depending on my skin condition on that day. I like it that they do not do extraction and I can leave the session without any redness on the face!

    I was initially skeptical about immediate results from a single session but still went for the trial anyway. As it was my first time doing facial correction, Kate from the Orchard outlet kindly explained how the treatment would be like. She also made sure that I was warm before starting with the shoulder, neck and head massage.

    Facial asymmetry has always been my complex but I did not get my hopes high on the non-invasive treatment. I expected the face massage to be very painful but surprisingly it was bearable. Kate would also ask me if there was any discomfort during the massage. After the session, I felt refreshed and the tension in my neck and shoulders was relieved. There was no hard selling and I did not feel pressured to sign up for a package on the same day. I had a good sleep that night and no soreness the following day, and I was sold.

    With a few sessions, my face looks more balanced and I could feel a difference in my blood circulation. I also have fewer migraines, stiff neck and less grinding of teeth. I really enjoy chatting with Kate during our sessions and she would always share her knowledge. Well now I know that sleeping or chewing too much on one side would cause tight facial muscles!

    It’s a wonderful experience every time – the outlet is small but cosy, the Japanese-style deco is simple and inviting, and the music makes me feel calm.

    The facial experience is honestly one of the best I’ve had in Singapore.

    I find the staff earnest and sincere in recommending treatments, products, and skincare routines, and there is absolutely no hard-selling involved.

    The head, shoulder, and face massage is great and really relaxing, and while the bone correction might be a little painful at first, the results really show. I also like that there’s no painful extraction process during the facial. ^^

    Finally, thank you, dear Kate, for the wonderful facial experience each and every time. I truly appreciate you taking the effort to remember my “problem areas”, patiently answering my questions, and the fun chats during each session!

    Been with Facia Ginza for 2 years for their signature small face care and my therapist is Yi Yin. Her friendly and warm service never fails and each therapy session leaves me refreshed and unwind! It’s worth the time and $ just to continue my package with them!

    I’ve been visiting the Delfi outlet for over a year now and continue to look forward to my monthly sessions with Yi Yin. Love that it’s tucked away in a quiet mall that’s still within Orchard and the tranquil energy of the space. I always leave feeling more relaxed and uplifted.

    I am impressed by the “face shaping” treatment. I can see immediate result only after 1 treatment. The therapist Ivy is very skilful and nice. This is an effective and natural way to have a V-shaped face.

    Great service at Facia Ginza today! Emphasis on Japanese techniques versus only using machines- extremely gentle but effective and Kate was so great. Have already come back just for the experience!

    I love coming to Facia Ginza weekly/biweekly whenever my schedule permits! This is the only salon I been to Singapore where you really relax because the therapists are very professional and only recommend what they think it suitable for you.

    I love my therapist YiYin, she is a friendly, detailed and hardworking girl. You feel totally at ease and know you are in good hands, very exceptional cust service.

    I love every session with my therapist, Ivy. She do incredible job and such a nice person. i can tell the difference before after the treatment and still amaze by the result. I had imbalance face and after do treatments in facia ginza, my face become more balance with every session i have.

    Initially, I was quite skeptical with the whole face-sculpting massages. What made me decide to go for the trial was when I noticed a severe unevenness on my face, prolly due to my sleeping position & I thought why not give this a try.

    After my first trial, I was sold. The differences was very noticeable. I did not sign up for a package on my first trial because I wanted to see if that was just a short-term effect but to my surprise, my face did not return to its pre-bone-sculpting shape ? That’s when I decided to go ahead & commit to a 10 sessions package with Therapist Kate from Delfi Orchard & ever since then, I’ve looked forward to every session with her!

    Therapist Kate is skilful, professional & friendly. She’s a perfectionist too so rest assured that you’ll be in good hands ?

    To be honest: In the beginning I didn’t think that “face shaping” actually worked but I went for a trial anyway and had such a pleasant experience I just kept going back. Each session begins with an excellent tension relieving massage on the neck and shoulders, before the therapist starts the facial treatment. In just a few sessions, the water retention in my cheeks went down noticeably and I’ve received compliments that my face looks more defined. I’m a big fan. The therapists are genuinely warm and attentive to every need and I highly recommend them (especially Michi and Yi Ying who are in the Delfi branch).

    I have been visiting Facia Ginza ever since Jul 2020 for their small face treatment and it had worked wonders. Not only do they massage your face, but your neck and shoulders too. They have helped to relieve the tension in my neck and shoulders and I do see visible changes in my face as well. My facial complexion has improved as well 🙂

    That aside, the staff has been very accommodating and provides great service. I do not regret my choice going to Facia Ginza 🙂

    Only writing a review 2 weeks after the appointment for an accurate review. It’s effective and I can see the difference after just one session. The bloatness is visibly reduced and my jaw is more defined. It’s not for the weak of the heart, granted I was told that it hurts more the first time due to blockages in blood flow. But I have to say it’s definitely worth the pain. The ambience was nice and calm so it also helped to endure the pain. Overall, a very good experience although I’d have appreciated to be informed of the downtime for planning, bcos my face was swollen for over a week, albeit this could be different for each person. Just something to bear in mind if you have an important event or meeting after the treatment.
